While not tailored for severe off-roading or heavy-duty tasks, it handled everyday driving and moderate hauling needs efficiently, marked by an above-average ride quality for a vehicle of its class. It’s notable that the Ridgeline’s towing capacity is capped at 5,000 pounds, reflecting its SUV roots and focus on casual rather than heavy-duty use.

The interior space of the RAM 1500 was substantial. Its multifunction tailgate and available RamBox storage enhanced utility, offering myriad configurations for carrying cargo and tools.
