Car was not at the dealership. I was told the owners kept it for a game and hold but the car continued to be listed for 2 weeks online. I felt like this was to bring buyers in. They tried to sell me a brand new ‘26 Corolla hybrid which was well over what I was looking to spend.

I inquired about a specific car, when speaking with them I was told, "If that one doesn't work, we have others." I explained, I know they had others, but I was coming to look at one particular vehicle. I was then sent a video, not of the vehcile I inquired about, but of all the others that they had. That immediately turned me off and I decided to not even look at the car. I was also called 5 times in a 24hr time period. I didn't like the pressure I was feeling.

Vehicle needed repair that should have been taken care of before offering for sale. They did step up to fix issues. All in all things worked out. Salesman was great. Financing was easy. They worked with us to get the deal done. Prep dept could be better but in all fairness todays cars are complicated. In the end I’m happy with the car and price and the overall experience

Worst car dealer I have ever dealt with! HORRIBLE lack of communication, and zero customer service! I had been emailing them for 2 weeks. After I finally got someone to call me back, I was told that was an AI BOT not a real person! I was told the car was sold! A sales manager had emailed me twice and each time I asked for Out the Door $ numbers and total price of the vehicle, but he wouldn't give me that! VERY shady place! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! DO NOT RECOMMEND! ZERO STARS!
