The staff were great. Ryan was really nice and helpful, answered all of my questions and even made sure the license plate screws were replaced when one of them broke. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Suburban staff was excellent, especially our sales person, Yusra Tanweer who helped us through every step of the sales process and delivered our 2019 Mustang to our home.

Said they would send me the carfax over message, spam call multiple, told repeatedly to send carfax prior to test drive, ignore me and plead to schedule an appointment. Waste of time.

I am currently still in an ongoing process for the dealership to make things right on the pre-owned purchase of a Toyota Highlander. It's been an extended experience due to poor/lack of communication and non-coordination with their pre-owned sales & service/detail departments. My investment in the vehicle selected was basically dismissed and I was then treated as "service customer" which has proven to be delay after delay in their integrity of their work and service. I'm still trying to get my vehicle as promised. Unfortunately, the known reputation of Randy Wise dealerships did not shine through in my experience with my pre-owned purchase. Disappointing and frustrating overall, 1 star.
