My Sales rep , Melanie did a great job . She communicated clearly , got the deal done exactly the way I wanted it . Made the process go very well .

The Dealership was accommodating and helpful. They allowed my Mechanic to complete a detailed inspection of the vehicle and were very responsive to our questions and concerns including replacing the existing tires with 4 brand new tires prior to purchasing the vehicle. The only relatively minor issue was the vehicle should have been washed prior to our inspection or at the time we took delivery. It wasn't.

I was impressed with the vehicle condition and with the buy experience overall. Would buy again at this dealership.

Friendly, prompt, but these people have limited available inventory so a waste of time. As is typical of Toyota, they keep their prices high by having a limited stock on hand. I would have to wait weeks to get what I want. So, nothing bad to say about Avondale just they are selling unobtainium.

I arrived to inspect the car as arranged, but it wasn't there; after a two-hour search, it turned out to be unfit for driving.

salesperson contacted me but delayed responding to my texts. I made an offer and he never texted me back so I contacted another dealer and purchased from them.
