Toyota dealerships near me (Phoenix, AZ)

Very transparent, honest, straight forward. When I’m ready to purchase my vehicle, I’m definitely coming back.

The Dealership was accommodating and helpful. They allowed my Mechanic to complete a detailed inspection of the vehicle and were very responsive to our questions and concerns including replacing the existing tires with 4 brand new tires prior to purchasing the vehicle. The only relatively minor issue was the vehicle should have been washed prior to our inspection or at the time we took delivery. It wasn't.

Total waste of time as the vehicle being offered was not "floor ready" . It has not undergone reconditioning and had major structural and mechanical issues needing resolution but they still offered it for sale.

Friendly, prompt, but these people have limited available inventory so a waste of time. As is typical of Toyota, they keep their prices high by having a limited stock on hand. I would have to wait weeks to get what I want. So, nothing bad to say about Avondale just they are selling unobtainium.

Easy to work with. Great staff.

Very helpful!

The price started out with my paid off car plus $10,000. That was way too high - they came back with my trade-in and $7000. Still too high so I thanked them and started to leave - they followed me out the door and said they could go to $4300 plus my car. I fully understand there is compromise, but $5700 out of my pocket is scary. I ended up purchasing at another dealer and was extremely happy.

I was upset thought I had all my ducks in a row had GLS pre-approval had Capital one pre-approval as well, they didn't bother to look into it, from what I can tell, resent it back-to-back them. Unfortunately I was told could get me financing... took my pre-approval to a different dealership was approved in less than 7 minutes, gave them payroll documents. Everything all good. Newer model with 84k , i was happy. ....several yrs ago same thing happened same dealership, they lost out... Gysgt.Kevin

The deal was mostly worked on through text messages with a fleet manager. Once I arrived at the dealership I was able to drive the vehicle for a while, look it over and get everything to my satisfaction.

Everyone I was involved with in the trade in and purchase of my new truck where awesome
