The dealer responded within 5 minutes! The price of the car stayed the same and Justin who was helping me was able to give me the total price of the car after the taxes were added on prior to going to the dealership. This was helpful and that total price stayed the same. The car was ready for me to drive when I got there and was in pristine condition. Customer service was excellent and the best car experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend this dealership to anyone firsthand!

would not recommend this dealership. Very unprofessional. the rep I made an appointment with was on lunch which cause us to wait.c I was told the car was ready but they could not locate it once I got there, in which the rep told me that was "normal" of their employees to do. I was showed no cars and once I said I was looking for a lower price range they were quick to shut me down. The rep complained the whole time and offered no help. definitely not going again.

I made an appointment to buy the car just to be told the evening prior that it is in the shop. Once it was "ready", I made another appointment and was told it would be reserved for me. 2 days before my appointment I was notified that it was sold to someone else.

Within a very few minutes following my initial contact with AutoNation, I received a call and was able to set up an appointment to view the vehicle I was interested in. The salesperson actually took the time to go out to the vehicle to determine whether or not the DRL were installed. Unfortunately they were not which meant it was highly unlikely I would purchase the vehicle. Nonetheless, I still managed to go to the dealership the following day to have a look at the car and attempted with the salesperson to engage the DRL albeit unsuccessfully.

Dealer said if you don't come down and put down payment on it. It will be sold. When we didn't do that. He sent an email saying that the car was sold since we didn't go buy it under pressure then he sent an email say that they were confused and they just found out that the car was there but No one knew and that now it's available if we're going to buy it to hurry up and come buy it. That's disgusting and disrespectful and dishonest. This dealer is bad. Very bad

They were ok, AutoNation big ads say price you see is what you pay, no haggling. WRONG. You need to read fine print as one vehicle said cost of power train will be added, also taxes are not included or license in the price you see.

I was very dissapointed in Toyota. The person I spoke with about this vehicle made an appointment with me and never showed up for the appointment. Then, when I was showed the vehicle, there were dents and paint scrapes and even cracks in the windshield. Definitely not worth the price and definitely not worth my time.

My experience started out great. I’m active duty and was on deployment when talking to this dealership. I asked them to hold the car the same day it was put up for sale. They said it was good to go and ready for me to look at. All was well I was about to drive the 3 hour trip to look at the car. The night before I was to look at the car and buy it. They sold it right out from under me. I had been on a 6 month search for this car and just like that they let it go with out me even looking at it. They didn’t seem to care and had nothing to say. I guess they are money hungry regardless if you have a hold on the car. Terrible experience all in all.

Duncan contacted me right away and was VERY helpful with keeping me updated with the vehicle I inquired about. He was wonderful. Unfortunately on Duncan’s day off was the only day I could come in to test drive, so he set me up with a guy named Manny. Manny was extremely rude and did not seem to care about selling me this car AT ALL. The last thing he said was “there is nothing else we can do for you” and gave me my keys to leave. I was very disappointed with the customer service, because Manny clearly wasn’t trained in that.

I personally would never do business with them. I think their no haggle pricing is ridiculous and was told that even the general manager could not make adjustments. Why then do they even need a general manager or other titled people. The used car I was interested had more than its share of bumps and bruises and was a sold as an "as is" vehicle. Why then would they add $500.00 to the final invoice cost for,"dealer prep". These people will nickle and dime you to death. I was an all cash buyer and in a few days found a much better deal and bought it. For those those of you financing the vehicle look to at the exorbitant rate they offer. Enough said!

One of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. They were great to work with. They listened to what i was looking for and in the end I drove away in the Tundra I was looking for. I highly recommend Autonation Toyota.

I made an appointment to test drive a car, when I arrived to their location, was disappointed to know that the car which I was supposed to test drive was a recent trade-in and was not ready to see nor test drive. The saleswoman was "generous" to let me see the car from the outside, but was not able to even get inside the car. Not only they just wasted my time, but I also discovered that the mileage reported on car Guru around 53000 was not correct the actual was around 127000 miles

Bought this car sight unseen. Great experience. Clean car. Only came with one key. Wish they had told me about that so that I could have included it in the deal. To be fair, I haven't asked them to give me a second key/remote.

I contacted AutoNation 8/28/17 regarding a Toyota Highlander Hybrid they were advertising. They said it was in stock. I asked if I could hold it & they said if I put a deposit on it, they would not sell it. I did as they instructed and made the $250 deposit, booked an appointment and received a confirmation via email. This is part of the actual email: "Your vehicle is reserved until Wednesday, August 30th, 2017 at 7:22 PM Please give us 60 minutes to have your vehicle ready for you. Reservation Details: Reservation Deposit Amount: $250 Reservation Expires On: Wednesday, August 30th, 2017 at 7:22 PM Next Steps: An AutoNation Representative will be contacting you to confirm your appointment and review the vehicle you have selected. What is an AutoNation Express Representative? A Specially Trained, product professional that has been hand-picked and dedicated to serve our most important Customer... You! When you arrive, please ask for your AutoNation Representative who will: Have your vehicle pulled up for you Provide a complete demonstration and test drive Review your pricing and payment options Provide you a fair market value for your trade Make your online and in-store experience convenient" Just to be certain, the morning of my appointment on 8/29, I called AutoNation to confirm they had the vehicle in stock. I was assured that they did have it and the gentleman went even further to say that they could not sell it as I had the deposit placed on the vehicle. I showed up to my appointment on time and noticed that the vehicle was not waiting for me as promised in the confirmation email. I was told to wait at a table where I sat for over 30 minutes before the salesperson finally came back and told me the car had been sold that day. I left another half an hour later after I gave up on the salesperson trying to "figure out" what happened. Later that evening I received a call from Derek the sales manager saying the vehicle wasn't sold that day, it was sold on 8/12. One or all of these people were obviously not being forthright. I was told by Derek that they wanted to make it up to me and that they would find me the exact vehicle I wanted and get on it immediately. I received a call from the salesperson late the next afternoon in which he informed me they were trying to find me a vehicle. I waited until later that evening and when I hadn't heard anything, began searching on my own. I found a vehicle within 5 minutes in Las Vegas, negotiated the deal via text, flew there the very next morning & drove my new Toyota Highlander Hybrid home. To sum it up, my experience with AutoNation was beyond terrible. I was quite surprised when I received an email 9/3 stating that the exact same vehicle that I was supposed to purchase from AutoNation was found as a match at AUTONATION in my search. Not sure why this vehicle would still be advertised at that dealership since it was supposedly sold, but you can come to your own conclusion about that.

Very pushy internet and in-person salespeople. Will not ever buy a car from them due to multiple calls and emails suggesting that I missed some appointment. Jay was a really nice guy, but his team ruined the sale for him.

The person who responded to me on the phone told me they had 4 used Prius in the range I was searching. When I drove all the way there, I got a different salesperson who seemed like she didn't really care if I bought a car or not. She only showed me 3 cars. When I asked about the 4th, she said those 3 were all they had & she didn't even go do a search. The next morning I got an e-mail saying there was a 4th car to look at. I live all the way out in Glendale and wasn't going to drive all the way back out. They lost my business.

I'm about 500 miles away from this dealership and I corrosponded with the sales associates via email and text and they were absolutely excellent in helping me out. They provided detailed pictures and worked with getting me a great deal. Even though I didn't end up purchasing the truck I wanted, I appreciate every last thing these great people did for me. Promised top dollar for trade after I told them I had a 13500 offer. I made the 30mile trek only to be handed off, stalled for 3hrs, and low balled at 12000 for trade. Then they left my hood unlatched, thank goodness I noticed it shaking before it flew up in the windshield.

Excellent salesman. Pleasure to work with. They financed my purchase, getting me a newer car with less mileage than the one I found online, for less than $1000 more. All while coming in lower than my monthly budget and at a substantially lower interest rate than my third party pre-approval

They responded but when i went out there to check out the vehicle the sales person i dealt with didn't seem to interested in trying to sell it to us. He basically told us from the beginning we didn't have a chance or any options to purchase the vehicle. We didn't even stick around for them to run the numbers. I doubt we well try to buy a vehicle from them again.

Cars i looked at leaked and looked better on the picture,the only one i test drove was a Nissan Quest and the tranny was going iut in it,i asked my wife ,honey do you hear that and before she could say anything the sales lady said i heard it,then shre proceeded to tell me how great the car/van was and tried to still sell me on it,why would i buy a car that i needed to tow home? Dont even get me started on Paul the self proclaimed "Sales manager".... A consumer wants to be able to trust in what their buying and who they're buying from,my suggestion is get rid of the liars and thiefs and be a dealership with integrity and pride...if i could give you No stars i would,your only getting one star because you exist...

Worse experience ever! Snakes. Dishonest. Wanted to chg us for tinting the windows although the advertised price incl tinted window. Then when we refused the agrred not to chg us for the windows but then proceeded to pressure us into changing the terms of the agreement. We walked away. Huge waste of our time.
