This the second review I’ve done since I bought my car. I mentioned all the people in my first review who help with my purchase, but I did feel the need to say how good Caleb was even after I bought. He helped me set up my service visit and very helpful coordinating a time for me with my schedule. He was flexible to accommodate my needs and was a professional thru and thru. I would recommend this dealership and hold Caleb in high regard.

During the inquiry phase. They were quick to reach out. However asking for an otd invoice was a slight issue with push back claiming that’s it’s their policy they don’t do it over the phone or through text. Eventually I was able to get the invoice but it was zoomed in. The sales team was proactive with sending videos and photos of the car helping me see the condition. Overall experience wasn’t bad but could be better

Everyone there was very friendly and generous and very professional

We had an appointment set for Saturday but no one showed. I waited for 20 and no one contacted me until 45 mins after our scheduled meeting. We are currently working on numbers and rescheduling the meeting and test drive. Will consider updating the review.

Sold the truck but called me to come look at it I informed them that I was already notified the truck was sold and the lady said I was wrong and that she'd get back to me which she never did
