Dewayne Flowers salesman was very friendly and helpful. He helped me to buy the SUV with reasonable price.

the car advertised was misleading. Online is says that is has been on the lot for over 160 days. When I inquired about this car, I was told it was sold and I could get one that would coming soon. However, it was not the same price, but more and I was being jerked around about information. I am not impressed with their marketing, I feel it was to lure people in under false pretense. Then when I discussed the options for the car (Toyota Corolla Cross), things kept getting added to the price when I was straight forward with what I wanted on the car. For me, this is an integrity issue. I will not do business with anyone who behaves this way. I can buy a car just about anywhere, and that is what I did. I went to a different Toyota dealership that didn't give me any of that nonsense.

The staff was great from my salesman Zach to finance Curtis. I called ahead of time on which vehicle I wanted. The car was ready for a test drive. Then, I was ready to purchase. All in all timely manner.

We went to 2 other Toyotas closer to our home in McKinney before going to Lewisville. David Berg was great to work with. He didn't waste our time, had the car washed before we arrived and already pulled up to show it to us. It was a pleasure working with him and we highly recommend.

Ubered to location after scheduling appt with staff and vehicle had already been sold and was not interested in any other there and Ubered back home with nothing

It has been almost a week and I have not received all my paperwork. My credit union hasn't been able to process the loan since neither their cashiers check or my check have even been cashed. Need to hire some Americans to work here instead of all foreigners.
