No but. Test drove twice on different days. After 2nd test drive, Paid cash. TTL was handled in house. Drove away with new plates and papers. Just waiting on my sticker. Very satisfied. Thank you all.

I drove 5 hours to purchase a 2020 Ford F-150 4x4 from BBC. I drove the truck home, and within 6days of ownership, several serious issues became apparent. • The passenger-side door fell off. Discovered the door had been replaced with a used door from another red vehicle and painted over. • The truck is missing the front bumper reinforcement that bolts to the frame behind the bumper cover, which presents a significant safety hazard in the event of an accident. • The vehicle has no skid plate installed underneath. • The front main seal is leaking. • The engine began rattling on day two of driving the truck. After contacting the dealership, they did not offer to pay for repairs. Instead, they had their mechanic call me and tell me how to reattach the door myself, rather than addressing the issue properly. I would HIGHLY recommend doing a very thorough inspection before purchasing a vehicle from this group. I will say that the buying process itself was very easy. I now know why :)

The car had obvious issues with the body kit. I saw it right away walking up to the car however the salesman didn't make mention of it and when asked about it said " it was above his pay grade". The was also at a critical maintenance stage needing a timing belt and water pump. I guess this was in the salesman's pay grade because he then explained to me how HE was already loosing money on the car. I politely got up and left the dealership at this point, only to have the sales manager contact me a few days later to offer some assistance for the needed maintenance.
