Dealership was quite good and personable - wish it was not clear across Lake Michigan. They all did well providing most information.

The purchase process was professional and courteous. All of my questions were answered. The staff was very amicable.

Contacted the dealer was told the car was available and in good working condition with no issues. Drove to the dealer get welcomed in and I wait for 30 minutes only to be told the car isn’t working well it’s got plenty of issues. Either lying over the phone or just didn’t want to sell the car to me regardless the only good thing is I guess they didnt try tricking me into buying a bad car (supposedly).

Very rude staff, if they don’t want to be open till 9 o’clock at night, they should close earlier instead of being rude to customers when they come in there after 8 o’clock General Manager is always in a meeting and refused to call customers back. Poor communication. they approved me. They don’t want my business.

I was told that if I didn't reside in Illinois or Wisconsin they were not interested in doing business with me !

Had a fantastic experience working with Charlie at Classic Toyota. He was very responsive and patient with me as I requested videos and photos of the vehicle (I was from out of town). I ultimately bought the vehicle from classic Toyota and had a great experience! They didn't add on a bunch of extra fees etc. the vehicle was very clean and had a full tank when I picked it up! I'd definitely consider going back!
