Inquired about vehicle. Wanted to put a deposit down. I live a state away. No deposits - first come first served. You could literally be on your way from another state to buy a vehicle from them and they would sell it to someone else. Then I was told it was sold anyway. Yet it's still available even a week later? Shady.

After constant communication and being told vehicle was there ready for us to see to purchase. Got a text 5 min before arriving saying it was ready just to be told oops sorry it just sold when we arrived. I Made it clear we were driving a far distance and didn’t want to drive if not available and was told multiple times and though out the day that yes it was there and ready. When arrived oops it was all of a sudden sold but of course had another vehicle with way more miles and 10,000 more. Just terrible business.

The purchase process was professional and courteous. All of my questions were answered. The staff was very amicable.

I was told that if I didn't reside in Illinois or Wisconsin they were not interested in doing business with me !

Had a fantastic experience working with Charlie at Classic Toyota. He was very responsive and patient with me as I requested videos and photos of the vehicle (I was from out of town). I ultimately bought the vehicle from classic Toyota and had a great experience! They didn't add on a bunch of extra fees etc. the vehicle was very clean and had a full tank when I picked it up! I'd definitely consider going back!
