Decent experience. Salesman let us take two vehicles out for long test drives by ourselves. Once we decided to buy we spent a rather long time in the process; about 1.5 hours. They were rather busy. They offer you some upsells but not high pressure about anything. Overall felt we were treated fairly and would probably look there again in the future.

Bad experience, went in to look at used car seen on CAR GURU and salesman indicated couple was there earlier that day and was interested but since we were there now the car was ours if we were interested. We test drove the car and liked it so we went back in to discuss a purchase. I noted the price we saw listed on CAR GURU and stated we would not pay that but would like to make an offer. At this point the salesman indicated that the couple he mentioned earlier was willing to pay the listed price,so if we wanted the car we would have to pay the listed price and added accessory package for about $2,000. At this point we simply indicated he had wasted an hour of our time and walked out. I had a bad experience with Wilde on an earlier used car purchase and thought I would give then a second chance. I will never go back and will never recommend Wilde dealership to anyone.

Salesman Darren was totally ignorant about the car. I waited half an hour for the car to be located (against my explicit request that I start the car cold). Salesman didn’t tell me when the car was done and therefore I wasn’t able to purchase. I hope this is a non-typical experience from Wilde but I personally won’t be coming back. For a place that prides itself on used car sales customer service it was pretty poor.

Dealer did respond promptly, so they get 3 stars. But very evasive, answered select questions and was told the other questions I had would only be attenuated in person. Feel like it’s just a way to draw someone in to the dealership. I live a moderate distance and getting there is a hassle.

My car shopping was online based before I headed out to check for a specific vehicle type. My range was NE Wisconsin- Chicago corridor area. During that phase, I found Wilde had such a vehicle. My Initial inquiry was quickly & enthusiastically answered by Ashley in their online Chat. Ashley was ***very*** timely responsive and helpful; both at initial chat, and follow up (even on her obvious time off!). I was eventually forwarded to Randy in sales, who kept me abreast of the vehicle’s status while it was indergoing safety inspection. Apparently a high interest vehicle that sold quickly. I was very pleased with this dealeship’s responses and timeliness. Although no sale this time, I would definitely consider them again in future shopping. The only element preventing a 5-Star rating from me was that pics of the vehicle never made it to the CarGuru posting - a significant point for me in my initial screening of vehicles.

Zero stars!! This car was listed at 13,988 or something like that that and they told my husband it was 20,000 and told him if he came in same day they would work with him for the 14,000 price range and when he came in they said it was just sold!! I called later and they said yes they still have it at 20,000 come test drive it.... They're dirty snakes and I'll nvr do business with them!! Liars!

The Internet sales person did not read my email comments as sent in the initial "I'm interested" memo from the Car Gurus platform. The dealer blamed Car Gurus for not attaching my questions... ultimately, its wastes time. Highest Prices in the area and they DO NOT REALLY NEGOTIATE No Deal was made. The most dishonest dealer I've ever dealt with. They added extras on my finance papers $1,500.00 worth and rushed me through the process, so I wouldn't notice it and unfortunately they were successful in doing so. I noticed those items only when I got home. The salesman said he has nothing to do with that, he can't help. The managers, the "director of used cars" never returned phone calls or e-mails. A terrible dishonest ruthless dealership, stay away from them! Not 1 but 0 stars!

I came in hoping to make a deal for a lower car payment than what I currently had. I stayed for about 4 hours. Things were going well despite the fact that I was facing unfavorable terms. At the end they tell me that they can't help me and that I should come back when I pay off my current loan a bit more (about 10 or 11k). Needless to say I was deflated and wasted about 4 hours of my Friday. I will be going to another dealer who wants to help and get me into a better situation. The sales agent was a nice guy, but the manager (whom I didn't speak to at all) seemed unwilling to help a guy in a bad situation. Needless to say I won't be going back.

I left a message inquiring about a used vehicle. Amy called the next evening I was not available. I spoke with her the next morning we setup an appointment for later on the same day to come check out the car only to find out that she lied the vehicle I was interested in was sold. If she would have been HONEST I could have saved time and gas. I don't do business with dishonest people grow up If she had told the truth on the phone I might took the time to look at other cars

Bought a car from this dealer,and had to wait forever for the deal to be complete. High pressure sales tactics. did not offer any thing to drink or snacks. Took forever to clean the car and they didn't even clean the inside. Have to take the car back due to a vibration and paint touch up. Not satisfied with this dealer at all. Will never buy another car from them.

Great experience. I heard from Ashley right away via text and email when I shared interest in the van. Tariq was our sales person. He was fun and great to work with. He is truly an asset to Wilde Honda. Keegan was our Financial Counselor he was great to work with also. We spent 5 hours there and left with a vehicle I truly wanted. Great experience, great staff. I would highly recommend calling them when you are in the market for a car. Don't forget to hit the Gong when you buy your car.

Vehicle did not pass a safety inspection so it cannot be sold by this dealer, therefore no deal was made for vehicle. Dealer was not aware of hidden problem of vehicle until it was inspected by them, and then called to inform me.

The dealer is probably a very good dealer, but they won't discuss price over the phone in anyway. I don't drive all the way across the state to discuss price on a used car that I haven't even driven. This policy they have limits their business client base geographically. Not a good policy if you're into selling cars.

The specialist told me the car was manual I do not know what that means so I left a message asking what does that mean I need to know if it is automatic, or stick I do not know what manual means. I left a text explaining my situation and explained a car payment of $35.00-$50.00/month and that I was looking for an escort, could look for a car but no one wanted to help me there earlier so no return call or text from Waukesha.

Spent 2 hrs driving down their and liked the truck,but they would not sign a contract. I didn't want to finance with them because I already had financing with my credit union. I offered to put $1000 down to hold it but they refused. By the time I got to my bank the next day they sold it to some one else

Looked at '16 Pilot and CR-V. The sales associate was friendly enough, but they were somewhat unwilling to negotiate. They gave a low-ball estimate on the trade-in ($2,000 to $2,500 less than 3 other area dealerships). The sale price was about the same as others in the area. Claimed they wanted to make a sale, but were unwilling to budge.

Typical "bait & switch" on this one... Carguru showed this car was listed for 80 days.. I inquired and it just so happened to sell the night before. Worked with Corey, He did try to find me something similar and in my price range... I was pleased with him, nice salesman... but when the 1st finance guy got involved in the deal... tried to tell me he couldn't drop a $1 cuz they only had $200 in the deal... treated us like we just fell off the turnip truck... Not sure if people believe the garbage he tried to peddle. Ended up walking out on him.

Paige was wonderful & customer service was her priority. The Volkswagen was having work done, but she said she had other cards for me to consider. When I arrived at the dealership, she had picked several other vechiles base on what I was looking for. She found the perfect car for my budget that meet my needs. I drove away the same day with a new car. The finance department is amazing & they are there to help you (even with less then perfect credit). I highly recommend Wilde Honde where customer service is their priority! Paige is an asset to Wilde Honda & was a pleasure to work with. It's clear that she is there to help you.

In this large car dealership there were many sale personal there, but all were very friendly. Chris Krause was our personal salesman. He did a great job in answering our questions. and helped in all the negotiating process. There was some miner things to be corrected on truck and they were taken careful at our scheduling being we were out of town. Josh Shane in service got the truck in and completed the work on time and kept us informed along the way. Our experience was very good. I have recommend this dealer to friends and coworkers. I enjoy the truck. It was what I was looking for and I got the price with in my budget I planning.

Went to look at the car and when I got there, they told me the car was not for sale because of engine problems. Please let me note I was contacted by 3 different people at the dealership to schedule a test drive and each of them made it sound like the car was there. When I went to the dealership for the test drive, 1 hour after I talked to the salesman, I was told when I arrived that the car was not for sale because it has a bad engine. The sales person told me I didn't want a Mazda anyway because they are not good cars. However they were more than happy to push other vehicles on me. Can you say bait and switch!

The internet service department did a horrible Job of responding and the first time we went to the dealership, after calling ahead we were left waiting for a long time and left without viewing the cars we came to see. The second visit went much better with Jay Z providing pleasant service even though he was over-stretched. The car we came to buy had been sold but armed with clear pricing on alternatives we were able to leave with a car we are very happy with. Internet pricing is competitive which prevented the hassle of haggling over price, conditions were well laid out. The only add on to the price was a dealer service fee of about $250. The total transaction time from decision to purchase to leaving the lot with the car (without financing) was about 2 hours which was less than optimal but comparable with other car buying experiences.

They wouldn't accept my credit union funding. They don't hold cars. I've had the car for 2 days and just noticed no owners manual. No one ever explained how to use any of the features on the car. Greg the Finance man seemed very genuine and was a wealth of knowledge.

Didn't end up buying a car from them, but their contact was quick, informative & had several follow up calls with specific photos I requested. Overall, a positive experience.

They are hiding something, the car I wanted was to cheap! The pic on the website was not even of the same car. I asked for pics, inside and outside. They only sent me one pic. they are trying to rip people off. I also throughout out a offer for $1,000 less than what they wanted and they jump on that offer right away, they didn't even try to haggle with me I feel if they are trying to sell the car that quick that's just one more reason for me doubt there honesty.

The Car I liked was sold to auction, and I was never given an alternative chance for another vehicle. I don't think it should be that hard for a dealership of this size, to find the car a customer is looking for.

I was very disappointed for they supposedly sold the vehicle the night before and couldn't take time out to call me or email and I wasted a hour trip there and back. I will never deal with them ever again!!!

They quickly returned my call about the MDX however when I told them I had my own financing and would be in the next evening to pickup the truck originally the salesman said okay. Not long after hanging up they called back and said that I didn't come in that evening the truck would be sold immediately the next morning to one of their employees. So I went in that same day and took their financing which at the time I didn't realize that they receive kickbacks from the banks. Never the less, I refinanced through my credit union for $1,050.00 more. Buyer beware of the crazy sales tactics.

Very rude, it is just a game to them all they want is your money and your business. My suggestion is go elsewhere all they will do is talk over you make you feel like absolute crap and con you into spending more than you can.

When arrived, the car we wanted was all ready sold. To make it up to us, they did a great job finding us a Odyssey in our price range. Compared to other dealers we dealt with, Wilde was much more willing to negotiate and we came away with an outstanding deal!

It was good and quick. But to quick. They gave me my new car not cleaned and they were going to check a noise out on car and never did. Price was fair though. I guess?

Bait and switch dealership. 3 times I went to the dealership to look at a car they had for sale in Car Guru, 2 times with set appointments to drive the car. Each time they had no idea about the car I came to drive or even acknowledged they ever had it. The first time they denied that the salesman I spoke with on the phone even worked there. The other 2 times the story went from not knowing about the car to: car was sold weeks ago, car was out for a test drive, car was sold that morning but papers not signed. In all cases the car was not available to me to see. I even sent an email to their GM complaining about the b&s (because they offered to sell me something different than what I came in for) and never heard back from them. I would not recommend this dealership group, Wilde, as they do promise you they have what you are looking for until you show up and find out it never existed. 3 times they suckered me in but never again.

I initially inquired about the Elantra, but it had already sold. I test drove 2 more cars, and ended up buying the 2nd. Best dealership I have ever dealt with. They were very straight-forward and honest with me; they didn't try pushing me to buy anything I didn't want to. I highly recommend this dealership!

After deal was made the used car manager said my trade in had a bad head gasket based on normal film condensation around the oil cap. He wanted 2k more from me. I left and took the car to my mechanic. Nothing was wrong with it.

Salesman was rude - told us they didn't want to work with us because we knew our car for trade in was worth more than they would give, other dealers were giving us $2000 on trade they offered $400. Rust on hood of car we wanted that was covered with paint - when we pointed it out they told us we needed to leave so we left without a car we really liked. They polish up cars and try to screw the consumer - don't be suckered.

Actual vehicle mileage was 30,000 MORE than listed. (Now corrected.) Used car manager offered a weak apology and was more defensive than sorry. Stated that it wasn't Wilde's fault and they can't control listings. Never even offered to help find a car that was more of what we wanted.

This dealership was very pushy. They claim the lowest price in the area, but they were the highest. Their monthly payments were way high due to lots of hidden charges. Very poor experience, won't ever shop there again.

I haven't totally decided to buy the vehicle because of the distance. However the internet sales manager, Brett has been very courteous, informative and the best thing of all he has phone etiquette. He is not pushy and prompt with returning calls. GREAT TELEPHONE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

We found an ad on CarGurus for a 2005 Toyota LE and called the dealership and negotiated a price, when we arrived it wasn't an LE but a CE, they apologized and tried to upsell us to a more expensive 2007 LE with over 10,000 more miles. They also lied about several other things. This reeks of bait and switch!

Our used car buying experience was great! They use Market Value Pricing on used cars, so there is no hagling. The price you see is what you get - we got a great price and are very happy withour purchase. It was well worth the 3 hour drive - our local dealers were thousands higher in price.

Scott Sawejka was what made the experience great. Thanks, Scott Barb PS I rated 4 stars because I'm hearing a noise when I start and stop but I'll have it checked out. It could be the spare tire/tools are loose.
