Toyota dealerships near me (San Diego, CA)

From start to finish my experience was great. The staff was transparent about everything and I can see the difference having dealt with other dealerships. I can honestly say I enjoyed this experience and felt actually cared for rather than taken advantage of during the process. Would absolutely recommend anyone to work with the folks here. Mustafa was fabulous on the sales front and Veronica was great in finance.

Communication was quick and responsive, but there was a lack of transparency regarding pricing, itemized quotes, and dealer add-on terms. As a result, I was not confident enough to make a purchase decision.

They were very helpful.

It was ok experience. Walk away price was 1k more than listed.

Great service

The process was quick and easy. They accepted my pre-approval certificate and got me financed. I walked in and test drive the car and the paperwork was ready and I signed and left. I didn't feel any pressure from this dealership.

The car-salesmen were aggressive. They didn’t let me know that the car I made an appointment to see had sold. Then they aggressively called me about five times to try to upsell me other cars while letting me know that I was incorrect in assuming the car I made an appointment to see should’ve been there. I assumed I would’ve been notified.

I reached out to them over phone, the person who attends was very un professional. He took my details and did not bother to say of the car is available or not. He said you are being helped by someone else (i'm not aware of) and they will reach out to you. I never recieved a call back. Looks like they are not interested in doing business. Dont recommend this place.
