Worst car sales experience I've had ever. Salesman was useless and had no idea what the process was for selling a car. Extremely lazy and was difficult to get responses from. Sales manager was rude and couldn't have cared less if I purchased a car or not. Then in the end, the car was delivered with scratches on it that even the salesman didn't recall being there. Not that they'd do anything about it.... If it weren't for the fact that they had the exact used car that I was after and not many others were available on the market, I would NEVER have given them a dime.

So we trade in our Toyota grand highlander2025 for the used car Volvo xc90 2020. That said maintenance in Volvo done and don’t worry about nothing but after we got the Volvo and drove home check engine turned on and some other issues, we bring it back and they said we will take care and fix it. It’s 1 week and nothing happened. We are without car and still waiting and can’t even get the answer what is going on.

Staff, including salesman, Bill Sloan, made themselves available and sent me a video of the truck that I was interested in.

All really chill, relatable and fun people to be around- and you can tell they’re all good at their jobs. Especially Michael C. , genuinely a great guy.

The dealer I worked with was attentive to my needs and very responsive to my emails. We didn’t end up purchasing because we couldn’t reach an agreed upon price but they worked with me to try to meet my needs. Much better than most dealerships.
