A stock image of the truck was shown. I inquired about actual images. Two different salespeople contacted me to follow up. And then despite my lack of interest at that point, they continued to contact me many times, were aggressive and pushed to know when I was coming in.....

Internet response next day (on a Sunday). Internet price offer $1000 under advertised price. Had to make two trips to dealership to actually view and drive the car (they lost it between dealerships). Never any pressure to buy or add accessories or services (they were suggested but only as options). Able to negotiate a more reasonable price easily. Purchase was completed with minimum aggravation.

Dealer was responsive, but didn't have car available...sold the day before. It happens...But NOW, I'm on one of the Sales Rep's e-mail list and I keep getting e-mails "We have lots of cars available...etc" . Guess it's better than being ignored....LOL!

Exchanged words with a sales rep who was using my personal car to lean against while on his cell phone. He represents the dealership and had no respect for other peoples personal property. He was confrontational and foul-mouthed. Did not and will not buy from them
