When asked can they post pictures of the car, their response was the car just came in and we have to clean it up first and inspect it and then they will post pictures. I think all of that should’ve been done first in my opinion. Also I expressed to them that the price was a little much being that the car has over 18,000 miles. I won’t be doing business with them

Dealer claimed vehicle had open repair orders and was in service shop and would contact me when done Never returned call and vehicle was now 3000.00 more

If you are looking for a quality car and smooth buying experience then immediately skip this dealer. Made an appointment on Saturday morning, showed up on time and was completely brushed aside. Managers too busy to appraise my 2018 Sierra trade. Not a problem guys, go ahead deal with with your subprime “buyers” first. I took my business elsewhere and so happy I did.

Very poor experience. Their staff lacks professionalism and good customer service skills. One person says one thing, another one something else. If it wasn’t because we drove 70 miles to get this “great deal”, l would have walked out. Still got the vehicle and we’re happy with it, but definitely not with the buying experience. They said they detailed the vehicle, but it wasn’t completely clean. We definitely won’t be going there again, nor recommending anyone there.

Horrible horrible horrible horrible, if I could give this dealership zero stars I would from the top to the bottom they lie and deceitful. Hidden charges and fee's. Sales man and sales manager kept adding and changing doc fees and general manager was no help to this issue

Fast response with accurate description. Did the whole process including test drive and purchase from my home. Two days from the time I found the listing to the moment I owned the car. Their representative , Travis, was great. This was the easiest, most efficient car purchase I've ever had. Kudos to all!

I had an 11am appointment. My wife took off work to make this appointment. I got to the dealer at exactly 11 am and was told i have to wait for person who missed their appointment and could not test drive the car i wanted. So we left. I would give 0 stars if i could.

Good I bought the car

Great experience. Everyone was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The price was as listed and did not feel like I was dealing with a pushy sales guy. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

Would have bought but they included wayyy too many hidden fees (over 1500 for vin etching etc.) and lowballed me like crazy with a trade in offer
