From first contact they were professional, polite and friendly. The sales person Eric Bausman was great and very professional. Eric gave me couple of options for buying the car with different prices. In day X I just came signed all paperwork and that's it. The price was the same what I got online. No tricks, no pressing easy and fast. That was my fastest a car purchase. It's took about 1,5 hours. Super! Will see when I get a registration and tags. I'm living in Maryland ( a dealership located in PA ) that's why they were unable to make a registration with tags in same day. I should receive all this things by mail. Now I have a temporary tags for 60 days. So, I will update my review when I get everything else. Overall it was a great experience with this dealership and personally Eric Bausman. Thanks

Not rude or unprofessional, but definitely not a skilled sales force. I told them that their price was a little higher than I was comfortable with and they said they were firm on the price. They began to send me boilerplate emails about how good it would be to do business with them. I responded to the sales mgr and he did not respond back. The following day, I received a message from the sales dept. I called and asked why I was receiving all these emails that are std responses to specific questions. I was told that was their policy. The crazy thing is that the price had actually fallen, and if they had called me or sent a personal email saying that the price had fallen, I probably would have purchased the vehicle. Not saying you shouldn’t do business with them, but you’re gyhave to make it work because that is beyond their skill level.

I was contacted within 10 minute after I sent an e-mail about one the car Team had for sale. When we arrived to the dealership Dave was quick to understand what we were interested in and quick to help us find the car we wanted. Why pay almost $11,000 for a 2008 when you can get a 2010 if you add $800 on top, doesn't make sense to me. They start at a high price only to knock off like $500 and make it seem like they are giving you a good deal. Ad rather you keep on searching before putting $11,000 on a 2008. I bought a 2008 for $7,500 with 126,200 miles and took it to Mercedes dealership and it came out clean everything with the engine and performance. I only came back to search for another car because mine got into an accident after three weeks of purchase and the insurance gave me more money for it that's why am searching for a 2010. Do my suggestion is don't get a 2008 for more than $8,500 no matter the mileage. Better look for a 2009 or 2010

Saleswoman was nice, got back to use quickly, but she did not know the vehicle. The vehicle itself was not ready to be sold, not clean, making one wonder why it was up for sale. Her boss was too pushy, almost a cartoonishly stereotypical used car sales manager.

Wouldn't let us go, spent two hours there, lowballed our trade, wouldn't budge a dollar, in retrospect a waste of two hours. The woman on the phone, whom we had spoken to at length, handed us off to another salesman when we got there! Instead of showing us the car we were interested in, we sat for 45 minutes while they poured over our trade looking for problems (which they couldn't find any). FINALLY we got to see the car we came to see. Should have spoken up immediately but didn't. Won't buy from these people.

Average rating. Dealer was good following up to my inquiry on a 2013 Avalon Limited. However, when I explained a poor credit rating, the sales representative told me to wait until my credit improved. He lost interest, but I still wanted to test drive the vehicle. I was disappointed. It appears only "good" credit customers get the attention.

Drove almost an hour to see this vehicle only to find out it was not listed as AWD. We left. Got a call back 2 days later explaining that it was indeed AWD and that there was confusion since the AWD emblem fell off. Explained that we were still interested but cannot make it back until the weekend to check it out again bc of the distance. Got a message back a few days later explaining it was sold. While I could have reserved it to buy it, was not going to commit financially without looking at it thoroughly. More so upset that we could have bought this car on our first visit has this error been recognized.

they will do anything to get the most money out of your pocket! After doing my homework and never getting a response, I went in unannounced, they were trying to charge me more than what was advertised for the same VIN #, Then after negotiating a while, the came down to the online advertised price stating I was getting a great deal. More like I was greatly being taken for a ride! DO YOUR HOMEWORK, then you are ready to negotiate. I did not purchase from them. How can you trust someone that you know are being untruthful with you.

We paid in cash and the transfer from them to us took for ever. The person that we had to deal with had to many customers while the other dealers were basically doing nothing. Not a great use of custormer time. Other than those two issues, no complaints.

Highly Recommend. Traveled 2 1/2 hours to purchase this car. Had to make a second trip but they made sure I was going home with it. Mike Palombi (sales) and especially Ken Tran (business manager), went above and beyond to put me in this car. Genuinely caring, phenomenal guys! I am the happiest girl on the planet now!

The person I worked with was very pleasant. Although we discovered on our way home that the highbeams on the certified pre-owned Sienna were not working, it was covered by the warranty. (It was a relay problem).
