Made an appointment, car was as advertised. The salesman was terrific. Purchased car with no issues. Only issue was we were from NJ and they wouldn't take personal check for substantial amount or allow us to put a deposit on credit card for more than $2000. Offered to deliver vehicle to our house though.

I went to look at as 2009 Lexus ES350 but once they showed me the vehicle, I realized that it was better than what was advertised, it was the Pebble Beach Edition. The sales consultan, Denny Broadwater was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and very thorough with the carfax and warranty. This is my first purchase from New Holland Auto Group, it won't be my last and I highly recommend them and especially Denny.

they came back to me about my inquiry the same evening and I test
drove the vehicle the next day and was in my driveway a couple of days
later. So Far so good they were great to deal with, still some the usual
haggling, but an overall positive experience.

Not great. First salesman was a typical car salesman telling me how worn out tires passes inspection, 2nd salesman was young inexperienced kid who did not know the basics of selling a car. Price was high on the vehicles a I looked at and after a 2 hour ride to see them I was told no negotiation at all. overall their sales staff lacks training and personality. Would not recommend. I feel that the dealership thought they had me over the coals because I came from such a distance.

I requested pricing but only received a response asking me to come into their showroom. I asked for a price quote for a second time and got no response. Days later, after I already purchased my brand new car, I got an email from their GM asking about my experience. Needless to say, they were late to the party.

All my emails and calls were returned promptly. I picked up the vehicle
after a snow storm and the vehicle was kept inside so it would be perfect
when I saw it. The only issue was a missing R/T emblem that a previous
owner removed - it was sent to me in SC in 3 days.
