Horrible this car is just an ad to get into the dealership to finance instead. I called to verify if the vehicle was available they confirmed set an appointment time. I arrived at the appointment very upfront and let the salesman know we were there to purchase the vehicles advertised cash price. It was confirmed with a “yes mam”. Go to his cubicle to look it up he doesn’t see it in the system. He steps away to check inventory status with manager. Return to tell us the vehicle has been sold that morning…lies lies!! Then ask do we want to take what we wre going to pay cash and put it down on new car…just played in our face! We confirmed the inventory before confirming appointment which was an hour after confirming inventory. My husband and I just got up and walked out!!!

That was the worst car dealer experience. The sales team were very dishonest and deceiving. First they said they are pulling in the car from the lot for me to look at . The 15 minutes later one of the manager came in and said the car not available. It’s an hour away . This the lowest service that I have seen I could rate you lower than zero . I will never ever step a foot at your dealership if you offer me a free car. I don’t think this dealership knows customer's service means .
