Toyota dealerships near me (Houston, TX)

I was contacted by the internet sales manager Marcy and told she had the vehicle we wanted to buy in hand. We told her we were on our way (our drive was about an hour) she told us it was no worries she had the vehicle. We arrive at the dealership, waited over 30 minutes for her to come out and she never showed. I called her twice and no answer. We were then approached by a gentleman who said he would help us in stead of Marcy even though when I asked someone else while we were waiting for her to show inform us it was against company rules/policy for them to help me since Marcy had already reached out and started the process. I told him we were there to see the specific car Marcy had her “hands on.” He then proceeded to bring a manager to us who informed us the car had been sold and was no longer on the lot. It sold in less than an hour of us arriving, sounds like poor customer service, bait and switch. Teach your employees to be better humans

Everyone, that assisted me in my vehicle purchase, was amazing! I’ve already left one review, but I’ll be happy to leave a second one. They got me into a better RAV4, at the perfect price point on every financial level. I cannot thank them enough, for helping me secure this purchase. I’ve had great experience with this dealership, and I would recommend them to everyone, no matter where you live. Unfortunately, on my last review, I left out one employee’s name that I want to give credit to. His name was Sey. He was the tech guy who helped me set up all the electronic features in my vehicle.. He was very helpful and very detailed in his explanation which I greatly appreciated. Again, this dealership rocks!! you can’t go wrong! If you cannot work out a deal with them, it’s not a vehicle or the dealership for you!

They changed the price of the car after telling me first that the car was sold to someone else. Then they called me saying car is available and come soon if you want it. Upon reaching there, they informed the price of the car is revised upwards by almost 2000. Will never go to them again.

Nash in sales and Eduardo in financing are great. Would buy again.

I would not recommend them, the salesman was very friendly but management would not negotiate a penny or price match the exact same car at another local dealer. When I say exact that means sticker price exact and Joe Myers Toyota vehicle had 600 more miles. Disappointed with my experience with Joe Myers Toyota.

I enjoyed the entire purchasing experience. They had the exact car I was looking at online. The deal was excellent and they did not push me to buy any extras. I will definitely be going back.
