Horrible experience, showed up from Brenham (2 hour drive to Houston) just for them to tell me the truck is at the “auction” and all these things were wrong with it like the suspension and transmission. And the guy that told me to show up wasn’t even there. I would rate it better than the three star but that experience was horrible. Only good thing out of that place is Matt Lopez, real solid guy and helped me find my dream truck, I would recommend going in and asking for him specifically, he’ll hook you up.

Khalid was great even saved me from a ppi company that was going to charge myself and another customer for an inspection on the same car. Something I would not have known if he didn't inform me. Sadly the other customer was able to get their order in before me.

The dealer said they fixed everything that was wrecked on the car, but the glass on top of car had cracks in many places. Also the psi on screen for the tires is not correct.

I walked in with 5 minutes left before they closed, they took the time and stayed open to allow me to make a decision. Once I identified the BMW X3 that I wanted they held it for me and we closed the deal later that week. Awesome experience!
