Horrible experience, showed up from Brenham (2 hour drive to Houston) just for them to tell me the truck is at the “auction” and all these things were wrong with it like the suspension and transmission. And the guy that told me to show up wasn’t even there. I would rate it better than the three star but that experience was horrible. Only good thing out of that place is Matt Lopez, real solid guy and helped me find my dream truck, I would recommend going in and asking for him specifically, he’ll hook you up.

The staff didn't say much about the vehicle I was looking at...I mean they were nice and offered water and coffee but as for trying to inform me about the vehicle it was meh. The condition of the truck was similar to picture but after a closer inspection there were minor details about the condition ( the frame was coated and after looking at other suspension parts it led to believe there was frame rust) that I didn't like. Which wasn't necessarily because there trying to hide something because they said it came in like that, but wasn't the quality of a vehicle I was looking for. After a very quick negotiation I said have a good day and left.

They made it happen with little effort made sure vehicle was clean and gassed awesome experience will buy again|

Straightforward decent cars available

Went in to look a vehicle that looked nothing like the pictures. The interior was disgusting and it stunk. The least that could have been done was a minor detail. Never been out of a dealership so quickly. Was so turned off I didn’t bother looking at anything else there.

Staff very nice and friendly. Smooth communication. Fast response. Item as described.

This dealership puts false prices on the Guru website just to lure in buyers, then the real (over inflated) price of the vehicle is revealed. I don't have time to waste on falsely advertised cars and car prices. I will not give this dealership my time or money in the future. I appreciate honest car dealers not the ones looking to waste my time and hard-earned money.

Just what you want in a car buying experience. Quick, transparent, helpful and no pressure to buy. I walked in with 5 minutes left before they closed, they took the time and stayed open to allow me to make a decision. Once I identified the BMW X3 that I wanted they held it for me and we closed the deal later that week. Awesome experience!
