It was a nightmare. Liars !!! Louis used sales manager. Bought the truck engine blew 2 days later.never even drove just to home. They ignored me. Threaghtened me to get the truck back or will not get my money back.so I had to pay to have it towed. Still waiting for my check. Single women stay away.

I inquired about a 2009 Mercedes Knapp Chevrolet had for sale and their folks were very responsive. It was a little more than I wanted to spend on a car that old, but I fully understood when I was told it was already priced at their cost. It looks like a great car and I'm sure it's fairly priced, so I have no complaints. Everyone at Knapp was very helpful!

I got lots of emails but no direct response to my initial inquiry. I returned a couple emails regarding their failure to clear up mileage discrepancy and did get a response finally clearing it up. If they had responded to my initial inquiry they would have got a 5 star

Contacted us promptly. We did go and see the vehicle immeadiantly. Odometer in car did not work properly . Dealership did not want to fix or check to see if it was just a light or an electrical problem. Passed on the car.

Very hard to deal with. Did not get direct answers from the salesmen. Every question, it seemed, had to back through their management. They did not want to "deal" on the vehicle we were looking at. Their management sat up on an elevated level that made feel like I was approaching a judges bench. No negotiation on their price and this was a 2012 model that had not yet sold. They did offer us a good price for our trade in. But their ultimate response was that we should bring more money to the table. In the end we walked away from the "deal" and that dealership.
