David Morrow was knowledgeable, engaging, and fair to deal with. The process was easy. I also got a much better rate than what was offered by my bank. I ended up buying a different vehicle than the one that I originally contacted them about. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and my new truck.

Great Experience !! Met Mr. Ranger super honest and that's hard to find now a days ! He did everything in his power to get me what I wanted and not tried to see what else was out there but what I wanted because he knew I knew what I wanted and nothing else. He made so happy I cried because I could not believe what he had to go through. I totally recommend to see him to find and get what you want til you're happy as can be ! I love my and THE Toyota Rav4 that I wanted and got !! Thank God for good honest people like Mr. Ranger !!

I contacted this dealer and made an offer on a vehicle, contingent upon it being in excellent condition. After some counter-offering we (myself and Ruben, a sales director) settled on things. My husband and I got a babysitter and drove 40 miles to pick up what we thought would be our new car. Instead we got a car in pretty mediocre condition (for a one year old vehicle) that reeked of dog. I politely expressed my concern to the salesperson who showed us the car. We took a test drive anyway, and he only spoke to us when spoken to. Awkward! I'm still in the market and have seen other cars there that I'm interested in online there, but refuse to consider them any further. The only redemption was the supervisor was nice and didn't trap us at the dealership when he realized that our concern was legitimate.

Called me right away but went there the next day and found out the car I wanted couldn't be sold because it had been totaled in past.

they were extremely helpful. then quickly became pushy when i found a better deal. when first going to see them they offered their best deal. when i returned to say i found a better deal, they tried to top it. why not offer that to begin with? i had already signed contract with another company.

I was contacted by a sales rep named "David, calls himself Ranger". I put an offer on a vehicle through email and I explained to him that I live very far out and needed to know and feel comfortable about the deal before I go out there to test drive the car. If you have bought a car before, you know that you spend a lot of time on BS and I simply don't have that kind of time. David however, even after explaining this to him, did not feel I was a legitimate customer and ignored my offer even after going back and forth through email several times. I asked him to tell me what he could do for me and put something out there and then stated I had to go that same day, which was during the week. I was not going to go out there during the week because for one it was far, I work and then considering the traffic during rush hour it wasn't going to happen so I "Thanked" him and let him know that I would be searching else where. "Ranger" was arrogant and made me feel like I was not a serious buyer and going back and forth with him for the hell of it. I will not be buying a car from this dealership. Funny thing is, I am not in a hurry to buy a car but I saw this one and knew that if the price was right, and after test driving it everything was ok, I had no problem buying the car on the spot!!

I found Champion to be very manipulative once I arrived. They were not interested in negotiating on the car I wanted to see, even for all cash. They told me the "clean value" was 17K and so basically they had already dropped the car 3k. I don't know where they got that number from. It didn't exist in the blue book. I left disgusted and insulted. Yet, they called and hounded me for days after. I was so not interested in givong them my money.

Appreciate that, the dealer drove the vehicle to my place, but the vehicle was not same as quoted and even the miles was also was not same.

The salesperson Donna Terblance was outstanding. It was her patience, understanding, and dedication to customer service that made my car purchase go so well.

Good sales people but the finance guys sucks!! I came in with my wife to purchase a vehicle with a credit score of above 650 and all we could get from them was 18.9% APR!!! Where as, we bought our vehicle some where else down the street for a 6.9%!!! Take my advise, do not go there!!
