Toyota dealerships near me (Charlotte, NC)

Do not waste your time with this dealership!! I contacted them on June 3rd, and they sent me a video of the car. Then I asked about the price, but they never provided the numbers. I tried to reach out via phone and email several times, but they never responded. Afterwards, I received this message on June 6th from Jeff, which is impossible. I apologize regarding the OTD numbers for the 2021 Toyota Sienna. I thought my manager sent you those numbers. My coworker sold that vehicle late last night and we can't hold vehicles. Please check our inventory we have a 2020 XLE Sienna that you might like.

Absolutely bad experience They had already sold the vehicle in the morning but did not bother to tell me even though I called them before starting at 1.30 pm

Great experience with Mark Santana there not pushy and showed options and kept us in the loop during the whole finance stuff with the manager and the banks, would purchase from him again. Everyone was helpful there though
