Toyota dealerships near me (Charlotte, NC)

Do not waste your time with this dealership!! I contacted them on June 3rd, and they sent me a video of the car. Then I asked about the price, but they never provided the numbers. I tried to reach out via phone and email several times, but they never responded. Afterwards, I received this message on June 6th from Jeff, which is impossible. I apologize regarding the OTD numbers for the 2021 Toyota Sienna. I thought my manager sent you those numbers. My coworker sold that vehicle late last night and we can't hold vehicles. Please check our inventory we have a 2020 XLE Sienna that you might like.

The staff was very helpful and responsive to my questions about the availability of the car. Even sent me a video of the car showing it on their lot. Easy to schedule an appointment and they provided me with their hours and address.

Had to go to the dealer to find salesperson not calling me back. Found out in person they were in process of selling it to another person.

Staff was great to deal with. The car was exactly as advertised and the staff more than willing to answer all my questions. We were able to negotiate on a price that i felt comfortable with. I dealt with Austin Johnson who was really responsive and helpful every step of the research and ultimately buying process.

I initially delt with Bryant the Internet sales rep. Unfortunately, he had a family issue to the day we had arranged for my visit from 200 miles away. He arranged to have Jessica fill in for my visit. Everything was seamless with me driving away with the vehicle less than 2 hours later. I am very happy with this dealership and the deal we made. would go there again.

Terrific experience. Kenny and Scott made it easy and enjoyable.

Great experience

Was a great experience. The vehicle was still available as the website said. Customer service was excellent. Very friendly and straightforward.
