I called to inquire about the 650 S and was not given answers to my question if there was an extended warranty if there was a service history and if they allowed for a PPI inspection at their dealership. I was told someone would get back to me And no one called me back. I contacted my technician that performs inspections on McLaren’s and he informed me that this dealership did not allow for inspections of their cars by an outside mechanic. I expressed my displeasure and all I received was platitudes, and I told them that I would leave a poor review to match their poor service. I don’t know how anyone purchases a used car from a dealer that can’t answer simple questions I will buy somewhere else and I will never refer anyone to McLaren of Charlote.

Dallas was great to deal with. I bought the vehicle, but I thought the small dent on the bumper would be fixed but it didn't it.

I contacted the dealer myself and executed a car purchase remotely. The dealer was helpful enough to get it done and he did meet me on a Sunday afternoon to deliver the vehicle. Other than that he was a bit distant.
