I had bought a 2014 Rolls-Royce Wraith Coupe ( VIN: SCA665C56EUX84513 ) in December 2025 from this dealership & my Salesman as Krystian Dlugon for the transaction. The advertised price on car gurus was $109,995 . However, when I asked for the Bill of Sale/ quotation, they added an extra 3k to the price (WAYPOINT GPS 5 YEAR & APPEARANCE PROTECTION 5 YEAR). When I asked them, they said the manager will have to waive it. After 3 days they agreed to sell the car for the advertised price of $109,995. While negotiating he did not decrease the price by even $1.00. As I am living in MI & the car was in IL, I got the car picked up by a transporter. However, when I got the car, they only gave 1 Car fob & it had a flat tire. When I called the dealer enquiring about the second Car Fob, they said it came with only 1 car fob. Now to get the 2nd car fob, I have to spend $1400. No when I try to call them, they don’t answer my call Please STAY away from this dealer.

I came to purchase a 2925 Aston Martin Vantage, or an Artura. While management let me test drive the Vantage with no stipulations, they then asked me for a $5000 refundable deposit. The day I drove the Vantage, I met with the GM who told me to come back the following day to drive the Artura. I assumed under the same circumstances as the Vantage, however neither the car or GM was to be found. I spent three hours waiting around for someone to inform me of their plan to no avail. I sent three separate offers, yet was told, “You’re not buying the car for listed price. You wasted our time.” For reference, I am 26 years old and this would’ve been my first exotic vehicle purchase, so I would have liked to be certain, by driving, the two cars I was debating between. I have received no call back from management to solve the animosity. They are only interested in developing relationships with clients after you give them money.

I contacted the dealer myself and executed a car purchase remotely. The dealer was helpful enough to get it done and he did meet me on a Sunday afternoon to deliver the vehicle. Other than that he was a bit distant.
