Toyota dealerships near me (Las Vegas, NV)

Very Disappointing Experience – Waste of Time. I had a very disappointing experience with Centennial Toyota. The day before my appointment, I was told that they do not sell vehicles with expensive repair issues and that they send those vehicles elsewhere instead. Based on that information, I scheduled an appointment to see a 2012 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCrew 4WD. When I arrived, I was told that they could not show me the truck because it was not in sellable condition due to multiple expensive repairs it needed. This was extremely frustrating because I had made the trip based on what I had been told the day before. To make matters worse, instead of showing me the truck I came to see, they tried to sell me a different vehicle. I wasted my time and gas traveling there for nothing. I believe that dealerships should be honest and upfront about a vehicle's condition before scheduling appointments with potential buyers. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication.

Car advertised but not available to test drive. Salesman friendly.. the doc amount on our the door papar work wa 799.00 .. double the normal ! Perfect exam low If why I don’t buy without 24 hrs to read and evaluate the vehicle and paperwork. Dealership was not willing to negotiate a price but the very next day the vehicle price was dropped by 1300. I will not be giving my business to this dealership..

Easy. No pressure. Just like buying a car should be.

Dealer agreed to hold the car for me to purchase it the next day as it was being serviced and was told I will be contacted to pick it up. No communication whatsoever from dealer. I called to check on status and was told that an employee has already bought the vehicle!
