Typical Miami dealer and the padded junk fees to inflate the price. Sales rep was very helpful and enthusiastic. Management kills the buying experience.

I’d say trust the online reviews. When so many people say the same thing, there’s usually truth behind it—no smoke without fire. I drove two hours to see a car, that when I got there was supposedly already sold. Or maybe they didn’t want to honor the price we agreed on. Or maybe it was just a tactic to get me into the dealership. I honestly don’t know—but the entire process felt very suspect. Never do business with people who aren’t trustworthy or transparent. This place is a textbook example of a shady car dealership. Don’t believe me? Go ahead—give it a shot.

I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. The dealership manager I dealt with was a father originally from Morocco, and his son also worked with us during the transaction. We discussed and agreed on a price of approximately $50,000 before making the trip. We specifically believed we had a deal in place. We then drove about TWO HOURS with FOUR CHILDREN to purchase the vehicle. When we arrived, the price suddenly changed from approximately $50,000 to $60,000 — about $10,000 more than what we had discussed. That was completely unacceptable. If the final price was going to be $60,000, we should have been told that BEFORE making a two-hour drive with four kids. My advice to anyone considering buying a vehicle here: DO NOT rely on a verbal price or a salesperson telling you that you have a deal. Before you drive anywhere, insist on receiving the COMPLETE OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE IN WRITING, including the vehicle price, dealer fees, add-ons, taxes, registration, and every o

Terrible. Argumentative manager who raised the price from what the salesman quoted in writing. Then tripled the down payment to hold the car. Called the dealership before driving to pick it up. Arrived and waited 20 minutes before being informed they had sold it to someone else. Had to argue with the manager again to get a copy of proof that the down payment would be returned.

Very pleasant experience all around. Our salesperson Julian F. was great! We will definitely return when we need something in the future.
