Toyota dealerships near me (Boston, MA)

This Toyota dealership has been a complete waste of time. The staff and management have wasted so much of our time. I feel like I have to beg them to sell me a car. I have had to keep texting them to ask when the car would arrive. They told me the car had arrived and was ready to be viewed, but I have already made two trips there and had to leave without seeing the car, with no proper explanation either time. This dealership has been extremely disappointing. Now, when I call or text to ask for updates about the car I want to buy, nobody even bothers to respond. The customer service here is terrible.

The dealership isn’t close to me so I inquired if the car was available. They said yes and I made an appointment to test drive the next morning. Get there and the car was sold. The way make appointments just to get you in the door and tried to sell me a different vehicle. Very disappointed.

Great experience with watertown auto deal

It was very great, communication was clear, financing was clear, price transparency was superb.

Everything went smoothly

I'm trying to deal with them. However, it seems the finance department is inept. I have pre approval and it doesn't appear They know how to do anything with that. If you don't finance directly from them, they have no clue how to contact your financial institution.

Went well I come back one year when I’m back in market

have not seen the car yet but everyone was helpful online

Zero stars across the board. Nucar Norwood tried to sell a vehicle over the phone that was newly traded in with a rejection sticker that was still valid, and a demolished front end. A $500 deposit was requested with the intention of paying for the car in full less than 12 hours later and prior to test driving or seeing the vehicle. Purchaser requested photos prior to being issued a quote and were never delivered. Customer representatives and management were uneducated about the vehicle offered for sale and dishonest about everything with the selling/buying process. They made every step to re-sell the car as though it was in good condition.

My experience of everyone at the dealership was positive, and product specialist Issac was very helpful
