Dealerships near me (Boston, MA)

Terrible , texted but never tried to contact me about the Audi or my loan application

Was good Got in touch with me. Vehicle was removed for service last minute before going to have a road test. Unknown timing when will be ready for sale or not

Great truck great people to deal with

They were ultra responsive until the automated response was asked a question and the sent some redundant emails. The exchanges with the staff were good however.

This felt like a bait and switch. The dealership told me they do not accept financing for the vehicle due to age and mileage. I was told to obtain an outside loan or cash if I want the vehicle. This make me not want to use carguru as the pricing listed also didn't match a local dealership and was $100 more a month then it states online.

This is a Bait & Switch dealership. Monday, I made a Thursday appointment to see the car. Tuesday, they phoned to ask if I was still interested. Wednesday, they texted for me to confirm I was coming. Thursday, at 11:30AM, they phoned to say they would have it ready. I was already driving to the dealership. I arrived early. "Sorry" they said. "It JUST got sold. But let us show you these other cars." I pointed out that if, indeed, it had "just sold," the buyers were already doing the paperwork when they called me.
