Everything went smoothly. I didn’t end up getting the car I wanted though because it was sold and when I tried to keep communicating with them about other options/updates they stopped communicating with me!

Deal has a car with 3000 miles on it but tells you that the passenger window doesn't work That's crazy

The salesman who was assigned was terrible. No transparency, he tried to get me into the dealership to strong-arm me into making a purchase. When I advised him that I live in eastern Long Island & would prefer to negotiate over the phone or txt I didn't get a response. It seems not to matter what occurs; dealership tactics, particularly at Toyota, will never change. "Caveat Emptor"

I inquired about 2 cars with prices lower than typical. I was told both cars were sold but they had similar cars available which happened to be thousands more. Seems like classic bait and switch.

Dealership was not helpful when scheduling appointment to see the vehicle. I paid for a mechanic to checkout the car as a Per-purchase inspection. The dealership was being difficult and restrictive. After mechanic completed the inspection I was notified that the car was sold. Paid a premium for the per-purchase inspection for a car I was not even able to test drive myself. Unprofessional communication.
