I have seen all the other Toyota dealerships in central Ohio mislable trim packages on CERTIFIED vehicles. If the dealerships are reviewing vehicles and completing the 100+ safety inspection to guarantee and certify the vehicle and can't get the trim level correct, I don't want them to sell me a vehicle."
