Toyota dealerships near me (Columbus, OH)

I called ahead and asked if I liked the vehicle if they would take a down payment and hold it for me until I had the rest of the money transferred. I was driving an hour and a half and wanted to make sure. They told me they would but never gave me an amount that I had to have. I took a thousand with me about 10% of the price of the car. After finalizing the deal I asked the salesman how much was needed down. He said probably like 1 thousand but he would go ask. He came back and said they required 5 thousand down. I had to leave without making the deal because they wouldn't budge. I had asked them if they had any more wiggle room on the price to just even help with $500 more off to help with taxes. They said no but then 2 days later lowered the price another thousand. Then sent me a message stating that the vehicle had sold. I think they are just two big for their britches and forgot where they came from. Don't forget to relate with the customer.

Everyone did a great job,one of the easiest car experiences

Everyone was kind and attentive after test driving the 2018 Chevy Trax I fell in love with the car, especially since this is my first SUV .I want to thank everyone at Germain Toyota for securing the car that I never thought about buying. And they made my purchasing process great and as painless as well.So to the team that made buying my next car possible, take care .

Dealing was great, great from start to finish

Good dealership to work with.

Communication was good and quick but unfortunately the vehicle was not available.

Dealer responded to my inquiry quickly

I don’t know that I have ever been talked to the way that the sales person talk to me. I had questions about the truck and attempted to negotiate a price, but they literally talk to me like I was 10 and like they were doing me a favor by letting me inquire about the truck.
