We made two different appointments for the same day. Showed up and then was told that truck was in circlevill that was pasted in on the way in. Mind you we were coming from columbus. This was not a short drive. We were very up set at the fact of the first guy didnt want to try to get the truck tp the dealer ship it was supposed to be at in the first place. Thanks to Giovanni. He found the truck in chilliocthe and brought it to us tp look at.

They sent an email reply same day that they would have someone respond to me. The next day someone sent an email with their contact information but still had not answered the question I asked via email. By then I had already made my car purchase.

The saleswoman who contacted me was very pushy and I was not comfortable. Also, she did not answer specific questions I asked. I planned to go to the dealership anyway on the weekend but had already found a vehicle by then.

Van was very clean and ready for resale No pressure from the sales staff. He was knowledgeable and polite. After I purchased this van he took it to wash and filled the gas tank. Also, he worked with me to get the price within my budget. I was impressed with the Nourse Family of Dealerships.

Poor, they made an appointment for me with one of their salesmen. I got there and the salesman was not there, nor was the truck. After I left, they called and tried to get me to look at something I was not interested in. I told them I will not do business with them. The next day I got a text saying I missed my appointment the day prior. I was furious this is a poorly ran business. I would not buy anything from them.

Asked for best price. This was a trap. The will destroy your phone 5 - 10 times a day. Multiple people call text and email you constantly. All they are willing to talk about is a test drive.

This dealership was horrible. They lied several times to us. They would tell us they would have a vehicle ready for us to test drive but didn't with the exception of one time and that was a truck that should have never been driven because it's engine light came on, you could tell it had been wrecked, and it shook so bad when you drove it. We found a vehicle we liked it was a new trade in, we asked them to let us know when it was out of service, it was in our price and mileage range but we are still waiting on that call. They told us that vehicle didn't have a price listed yet when it was already listed on their site. They constantly wanted to put us in a higher priced vehicle. They don't call you back, they won't wheel and deal with you , and they say they can't afford to drop their prices even when their vehicles have sit on their lots for more than 45 days.

I called about a car and they said to come over. Then called back to say the car had been sold about an hour before I called. They could have let me keep coming on the chance I might buy something else. I know some who would have done that. Saved me a couple of hours of driving and saved them from a real bad experience if I got there and found out what they had pulled. I wrote them and thanked them and told them that if they got another I would be sure to make the drive. Good troops, especially Jenny, the one I talked to.

Dealer unaware of what I actually inquired about and they even tried to sell me a vehicle that another salesman was holding for a family member but I only found that out after a 3rd trip to look at the truck

They were supposed to call back about financing and have never returned my call. The salesperson was not polite when I spoke with her on the phone so I feel they didn't really want to deal with me. I will look somewhere else to purchase a car. I don't like to deal with rude people that treat me like I am bothering them and that's how the sales lady made me feel. I won't spend my money with this dealer and with rude sales people who don't bother to have others return my calls.

Drove 2 1/2 hours and the car wasn't there. They looked all over the lots and said, "The car must have sold yesterday, even though it's showing up in our computer. The computer doesn't update until 10:30 a.m. the next day.

They called me to come and look at SUV. I get there they cant find it. One guy says it been sold 7 months ago, didn't know why it was still on internet. They called me back and said it was on another lot. I get over there and salesman said sold couple days ago. I tried to get gas money, no response back and no sorry for all the trouble.

Inquired about a car online, would not give me price, but continued to bombard me with automated "we've got what you are looking for" emails. Your competition can quote OTD prices via email, you better get with the program or they will be leaving you in the dust!! I'm not driving long distances only to find out a good price can't be negotiated!! I'll stay with the dealers that work with me from afar!!!
