Asked 2 questions...didn't even answer them. Gave me a generic spam e-mail back. "...Come test drive..." Still don't know why companies don't put price on their cars, it must effect their sales. Don't put a car online and then expect people to drive up to 200+ miles to find out its out of price range and then when I asked a price, they give me a pointless respond. Immediately decided I don't want to work with a company like this.

It appeared to be an automated reply. Very impersonal and non-responsive. I have since contacted this dealer via email twice more with another automated reply. And I have used the chat feature on their own website. I provided my telephone number and promised a return call but I have received no reply at all. I guess an automated reply is the best I can hope for here. Apparently, you are on your own if you are interested in buying a car from this dealer.

Would not negotiate even though vehicle had obvious visual defects on the interior. Not very impressed with selection, staff or management making decision on price. Could've made a deal that day had they lowered the price to fit the vehicle. Can find a better deal somewhere else.

Toyota direct did not want to offer anything for trade in value based off of what they have "usually seen go wrong" on my certain vehicle because there was a check engine light that kept coming on and off. They had no service department open to actually diagnose a check engine light code so they slapped a bogus offer on it instead. I wasnt upset just walked away from the deal. Went elsewhere and I was informed they linked that appraisal online when we went to another dealership with their bogus offer and labeling it with engine and transmission issues IT NEVER ACTUALLY HAD BECAUSE THEY HAD NO SERVICE DEPARTMENT OPEN TO CHECK THE CODE. Its a shame because the dealer we personally worked with was very nice. Happy I took my business elsewhere though.

Made the deal on the internet and did what they told me to do, tells me i am approved and to come pick up the car. Calls me the next day and says they sold the car. Bad business if you want a car from them you had better get there their word means nothing, cannot be trusted, they will break your heart and stress you out. Again you better get there if the car you want is there because if someone comes in before you get there, they will sell it.

Went to see a cx-7 that has a Carfax report showing no wrecks. The entire side was scratched/dented slightly and the front bumper on the passenger side was hanging off with fresh white paint on the black bumper?? There were also 2 holes in the bumper and grill. The salesman said it probably was wrecked while they were parking it on the lot!!

The first call I made on another vehicle, a salesman said he'd get back to me and never did. On this convertible, the salesman did promptly respond (Jeremy) Later, I received a text that the vehicle didn't pass inspection. I was scheduled to test drive it! That frankly was a red flag. Either it truly didn't pass, or it wasn't even in inventory. Either way, I think I'll pass here.

We found a car we liked at Toyota Direct and decided to test drive it. The car would not start, so the salesman got a battery charger and started it for us. There wasn’t enough gas in it, so we went to the gas station where the salesman put gas in the tank. The car would not start afterward putting the gas in, so, the salesman walked back to the dealership to get the charger. The dealership was close by, but this process took about an hour because he could not find it. He stated that we should keep the charger with us just in case it happened again. We took the car on a nice, long, test drive and decided to take it to our mechanic to have it looked over. We kept the car running the entire time to ensure the battery was being charged. The mechanic gave us a “thumbs up” but mentioned it could use a coolant flush. We went back to the dealership to complete paperwork for the sale. We negotiated with the salesman to reduce the price by $100, (to match the Kelly Blue Book price) install a new battery and do a coolant flush prior to purchase. They agreed and said the car would be ready the next day at 10:00 a.m. Papers were signed, we insured the car, and the proof of insurance was faxed to the dealership. We arrived at the dealership at 10:00 a.m. and the work hadn’t even been started. Neither had the new battery been ordered. So, we asked them to call us when the car was finished. About 2 ½ hours later, we still hadn’t heard anything so we called the salesman. He stated that he would find out and call us right back. We didn’t get a call back from the salesman stating that it was finished until about 2 ½ hours later. I told him we would be right there. When we arrived, the salesman ran up to us saying, “Please trust me. Somebody else got the keys to the car and they’re test driving it right now! You have to sign the finance papers to complete the sale!” I was uncomfortable signing the papers without seeing that the work had been completed, so we waited for the general manager to do something about it. We were asked to wait in his office, then he came to us and told us the other people were buying the car. He stated it is the “policy” of the dealership not to hold cars. My complaint is: we spent hours checking out the car, driving it, taking it to our mechanic, in good faith signed all papers, (minus actually paying for the car), insured the vehicle, waited on the repair, only to have the car ripped out from under us! This experience was very disheartening and I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone! They have signs all over their offices claiming they have the best customer service. I say, “What customer service?!” They only served themselves.

Very shady. Had me drive 5 hours for a truck that was in an accident and badly repaired! Fadi was the salesman that assured me the truck was perfect and no accidents. Big liar! He has no conscience.

Contacted about a specific truck, after a few back and forth info emails, I filled out an app for financing. Was told two days later that the info was never processed for that truck and it was being sold. A day later it was back for sale and I was asked if I wanted to try, I responded yes. Told two more days later that it sold and none of my info was provided to the bank. I understand it is more difficult to deal with a long distance customer, but I was there first. If I can buy my home from Iraq I can surely buy a car from 400 miles away, especially when they had all the info and just failed to act.

Guy Bender was a fantastic sales representative. Everyone one was kind and courteous even though our credit wasn't great and I never felt treated like a second class citizen . They worked with us and even got the price lower than we expected. They didn't hesitate to let my husband go over the truck with a fine tooth comb and put it up on the lift so he could see the undercarriage. I would highly recommend them for any one looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Shout out to Reni as he took care of us in Guy's absence but didn't try to "steal us" away. All of the employees really seem to enjoy working there and it showed.

Went to the dealership the first day and the truck had just been used for towing. It was in the back of the dealership and was filthy. The second time I stopped in to see the truck it was nowhere to be found. 2 days later I found a better deal and bought a truck from another dealership.

Service was standard once I finally got through. Some detail listed incorrectly in ad. *Prefer dealers that provide direct contact info. Too time consuming & unnecessary extra step having to go through 3rd party (Cargurus).

Low class. Unprofessional. Sales people were difficult to find. Then no one knew where the car was. Then the keys couldn't be found. Now, a week later, we're asked to come back and sign something that was done wrong. Wow.

They are nice to you until you sign the deal. I was disappointed. Both manager and salesman handled our complaint poorly. My husband wanted to go get his car from them too but I told him that we should find another dealer.

The car was not at the dealership and one of the sales reps told me to go to the MB dealership (car was getting something fixed) and take it for a test drive. The MB folks looked at me like i was crazy and said there is no way i could drive it unless someone from Toyota Direct came down with a plate. 2 hours later i got to drive the car. After returning to TD we began the negotiation/purchase process. They super low balled me on my trade in and wouldnt budge on their price. I was mostly disappointed that the sales guy just gave up and really didnt try to work with me. He didnt even give me a business card. Pretty rookie operation. I ended up going back to the MB dealership the next day and buying a similar car.

Drove over an hour to see a vehicle that was anything but in the condition described! Plus the sticker price was almost $3000 cheaper than the price I was quoted!!! Not happy, but they did give my son a balloon.

i live 1 hr 15 mins away so going this far for me is alot. i ended up being there for over 4 hrs which included purchasing the car. salesman was ok tho when i wanted to deal with the car price he didnt seem to happy about it. also what they gave me for my trade in and what i see they have it forsale now is crazy to me. i know my trade in was worth more but they would hardly work with me. all i got was an extra $600 for my trade in yet they are saling it for almost $4000 more than they gave me. also the aftercare i got with the new car a day later was a joke! windshield was chipped and they were suppose to replace and it became a big hassle the very next day and couldnt get a return call. overall they were ok to deal with. would i buy another car there?? probably not with the customer service i got and the distance cant say i would. you would think that a brand new customer they would try to excell in customer satisfaction.

I worked with this dealer initially looking for a used Toyota Prius. In my search, I realized the price difference between the model years was so tight. Greg Gee of Toyota Direct was the one to open my eyes to possibly purchasing a new 2011 Toyota Prius. After much deliberation and some more online research, I decided on the 2011 Toyota Prius. The out the door price that Greg offered served as a guide to purchase from another dealer only because I waited too long and the entire stock at Toyota Direct had been sold. I had no choice but to approach another dealer with Greg's price as a guide. The day before purchasing my new car, Greg took the time to give me a call to ensure that I got my car at a great price. It BLEW MY MIND! This man is the epitome of what it is to be genuine and considerate. I plan on servicing my new Prius at this dealership as the dealer from which I purchased is about 3 hours away. Many, many thanks Greg Gee!
