Toyota dealerships near me (Rochester, NY)

I texted with someone at the call center who set up an appointment to see the car I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership the car had already been sold and they confirmed that they had told the woman whom I was texting with that it was sold. She still went ahead and set up the appointment. Very frustrating. 2 stars because the man at the dealership was still great and very apologetic, but I will avoid West Herr dealerships because of this experience.

Spent more time than anticipated for closing deal with used cars being sold out of one building with financing and closing deal in another building
