So far, the communication between myself and Universal Toyota has been outstanding, hopefully I am able to get into the vehicle I’m looking at.

Immediate response was welcomed but unfortunately car I wanted was sold . I’ve made a purchase there before so hopefully when the right vehicle pops up there I’ll make another purchase.

The salesman was good easy to talk to however, the person who is in charge of the trade was very abrupt and short and said we would not make a deal as he offered 10,000 below I would not negotiate having said that we went to Maxwell got 10,000 more than what he offered and I bought two trucks so your salesman messed out on his commission as we had other options, but the gentleman was not gonna have it or hear it. This is one dealership I will not come back to as my company in the last six years have about 10 trucks and other vehicles.

It was a super quick and easy process. I inquired that morning. They called and texted me almost immediately. We negotiated the price over text since I was working. I confirmed again before driving there from Austin. The car was ready for when I arrived and the whole process including the test drive took about 3 hrs. Martin was my salesperson and he wasn’t pushy and super helpful
