The dealership met my expectations.

Was a hassle to find out if the truck was still available. Drove down (45min), walked around, found the truck I was interested in. Being that no sales people came out to talk to me, (but helped others), so I just walked around, looked through glass, and crawled underneath. No test drive, no info, nothing. Felt like I wasted my time. Seemed like a nice truck from what little I could see from the outside.

Ana was very friendly. The buying of the went fairly easy. They do push maintenance and warranties of vehicle. Otherwise all went great!

Excellent communication from start to finish by text, phone, and in person. Fair deal. Our salesman was Josh.

I did purchase the 2019 Jaguar XJL Portfolio from this dealer. I purchased the car from Texas and it was shipped to me independently. I do not believe the dealership was upfront and honest about the multiple scratches found on both sides of the vehicle. Those were not added to the description, and in a world of online buyers it should have been. This will cost me extra to repair, overall the price was great compared to others in the same category but I suppose the condition of the car was worth the money I paid for.

Have bought 33 cars to date, have never dealt with such blasphemy. Wouldn’t take a free car from them. Live 4 hours away and called to tell them I will be “buying” not maybe, not I am interested, not “let’s run some numbers” the gentleman on the phone was awesome, he set and sent me a calendar date and time for next day at 10am but said he was off to celebrate holiday which is awesome so asked if we could move it to Saturday. Of course was no problem and actually better for me and my son to cross the mountains. Asked if I could wire or send 10,20, or even pay whole amount for car and he told me no need as car had been there for 27 days and he will pull it in the side. Some random number messages me the next day saying sorry but car is sold. Son was crushed, life lesson for him and we found one just in Boise and they were men of their words until we could fly there the next day. I just hope original salesman got some of commission since car was snaked from him.

Rodland Toyota is a great dealership !! This is my third car from there do to a collision that totaled my car. They stuck to my budget and lowered the price so that could happen !!

Sergio was great! Be communicated great as well. When i was heading over there to look at the vehicle he had told me they had sold it. Not sure when but it still listed . Maybe update the status on it. So annoying
