Superb very professional

The dealership met my expectations.

The good- the sales staff were attentive and facilitated a remote purchase that included delivery. The not so good- sales staff indicated that the car checked out really well and was in really good condition. Less than 30 days later and the car is in the shop with engine problems. Dealer has been unresponsive. Not what I expected from a name brand dealer.

Nonexistent

I did my research on the market value and trade in value of my car. When we got to purchase details they would only offer a trade value of 4000 less than what research indicated. Car max and carvanna both offered me what my research says trade in value is. Just had to walk away though I wanted to purchase at a fair net value

Third class service. I visited there and really interested in the car but i felt that the manager was not interested to sell that.they gave me wrong trade in value of my car.next day i trade my car with another dealer $4000 extra.bad experience with titus will.

Sergio was great! Be communicated great as well. When i was heading over there to look at the vehicle he had told me they had sold it. Not sure when but it still listed . Maybe update the status on it. So annoying
