Great overall experience. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Shares building and ownership with Seattle Toyota, giving the buyer a large inventory to compare. Test drove several cars before landing on the ‘23 CRV. Dealership operates on a one price model, so no real haggling needed. Came in with pre-approved financing, Honda beat the rate. Only slightly annoying part was them trying to push extra security system and significant charge for it. Salesperson acted like they weren’t sure if they could remove it and the fee. They had worked there for several years, they knew they could. Slight upsell push with that, but just firmly said, not paying for it. And they removed the charge and system. Overall great experience, good inventory, and good staff. Would shop for a car here again.

Originally walked into the dealership sales people are too busy talking amongst themselves to help you. I asked about the Audi. They were unsure where it was at on one of their three lots didn’t know if it was in stock then had to go talk to the manager and come back they think it is sold. It was still up on their website for three more days before they pulled it down my opinion this was a baiting switch.
