Toyota dealerships near me (Chicago, IL)

No great at all, arrive to the dealership which is under construction and the salesman didn’t want to help us because we arrived kind a late

Dealer posted fake price and sale to MSRP. When contacted, dealer added another 3k market adjustment and an extra 4k worth of stuffs. Bring the vehicle to almost 50k after taxes. Don't buy from this dealer, their price is a scam.

Did coordinate a VIP test drive at this dealership on a Saturday. I don't think there was anything VIP about it. I waited in line after one guy who had been waiting for quite some time. Once I made it to the front desk, the receptionist tried to simply flag down anyone who was available to help me. He did not know me or what car I was there to test drive. He said Saturdays are super busy. I did not buy the car that day because I had a trade in. I had already submitted a trade in form but again the guy had no idea. So after going home I had some back and forth from about 3 or 4 different people. I was even contacted by the Customer Care Director (Subul) asking me if I got a follow up call from the salesperson I visited with. I said no and he said he would reassign it to someone if he didn't follow up. He did not follow up and I never got reassigned to anyone. I followed up again and they said "the car is not available per mgt team". Nothing special about this dealer.
