The car looked nice in the listing I went in met up with Don at my scheduled appointment time we drove the car for a good ride, nice conversation in the car and we sat down and agreed on a fair price for trade and price of car. It took me a couple days to get title and money together, in this 3 day proses I was never rushed to get back in, when I was ready to proceed with the delivery Don was waiting for me with the car all cleaned and gassed up with my plates already changed over. 100% best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks Oakbrook Toyota I will be back!!!

I went to see Nisan Quest and I did piker and I ask for some Toyota Siena I told the manager that I have 20 K budget and he told me that go find a car on a different place also on that day dhe have a big sale going on for the holidays but the prices are the same as the previous days So was no sale I ask the manager what is the sale and he told me on everything I told him that the prices are the same as the previews days and he was very rude he told me that go find a deal somewhere else

I have asked the dealer to clarify whether a certain car has a timing belt or chain. On a Toyota online site this vehicle is listed as a belt. the dealer claims it is a chain. I have asked them to verify and they have not. For Vehicle that is nearly ten years old with nearly 100,000 miles asking well over 10,000 dollars I believe it is a rather pertinent question. I am interested in the car yet would like some more information regarding this belt/ chain issue.

If it wasn't for the fact that I really wanted this particular car I would have not bought my car from there. I went in on a Wednesday and filled out a credit application. I have good credit and a good job but the car is over 10 years old so I knew it might be an issue so I was already prepared to either put $2k down or finance the car through my 401k if needed be. The sales guy I got was an older Indian guy, Mustafa. He asked how much I wanted to put down. I said it depends on how much I need to put down. Ideally I don't want to put anything down but I will if I need to. I want to know my options. Well it was late in the day and I needed someone to come test drive it and they said the banks were closed anyway so I said I would be back on Friday. So Thursday I email Mustafa asking if everything was fine with financing. I never got an email back. So Friday morning I left him a voice mail message and then a text asking if everything went through. I still never got a response. So my boyfriend goes to test drive the car and the finance guy tells him I wasn't even approved. So after I get out of work. I'm very annoyed going there because I've been trying to get ahold of this sales guy for 2 days now. I walk in and the finance guy was there and the sales guy and the sales guy seemed surprised to see me. He's like you didn't get approved. I'm like I've been trying to talk to you about this. The finance guy said you would need a down payment. I said I have $2k. He's like oh well that changes everything. I told him this sales guy must really not want to sell this car because I was trying to talk to him about it for 2 days and didn't get a response. He said oh it must be a language barrier. Which it definitly was just avoidance from the sales guy but the finance guy was trying to make me feel better. So the finance guy gets me all set up and Im approved for the payments I wanted. I said I need to take the car to my mechanic to get it checked out first. If it's good Im taking it home. So the sales guy has to come with me which is fine but he didn't want to. I can hear him talking about it to his boss and the boss is like you have to go with her. I can hear him still making an issue about it. The boss was like no you have to go with her. So he did. I bought the car but the car sold its self definitly not because of the sales guy. Everyone else there seemed nice and helpful but yeah I wish this guy did not get my sale.

The dealer honored my offer even though they raised the price of the car $1,500 to match other dealers prices, since they turned out to be the lowest on CarGurus, So in the end, I got a great deal and they also certified the car for warranty. John

I have nothing but good things to say about the folks at Oak Brook Toyota. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. Cesar Meraz (Sales Manager) and Alex Syed (General Manager) were professional, courteous and patient with my wife and I. The purchase spanned two days and never once did we feel pressured into finalizing a purchase. It was truly a memorable experience. I highly recommend this store and these gentlemen.
