Fast and thorough follow up.

We purchased the vehicle from Rick Hendrick. We were very satisfied with the entire process. From the sales manager Dave to our sales associate Kayla. They were extremely nice and accommodating. We had a paint nic that they had taken care of. They were fast and efficient as far as the whole transaction went. I definitely recommend them.

Didn't get the vehicle color that I wanted however I am pleased with the color that I received. I have never felt good dealing with dealers however the salesman was knowledgeable and courteous

Car advertised was NOT on the lot. I called their phone number and got little information. Later, when my husband called them back, the salesman admitted the car was not on the lot.

I emailed the dealership. Brad Singer was quick to respond. He was very helpful with all the questions that I had about the 2018 Challenger. Contacted on Thursday & with a deposit was able to hold the car until Saturday as I was 150 miles from the dealer. On Sat we closed the deal on the car with the help of the Finance office. All involved were a pleasure to work with & made it for us to make this purchase.

Awful communication first they said vehicle had been sold then I called to verify and they said it was available they didn’t seem interested in trying to sell or be helpful in any way.

Extremely Dishonest.... I communicated with a dealer to place and offer on a vechicle. He then came back with their counter which i wasn't in agreement with, so he called back the next day with another offer that was higher then the first offer that they gave the day before. When i addressed him about it, he was dishonest and said the offer was another price(original sale price plus dealers fees).This was a disappointing experience and I will not recommend or return to this dealership.

Was very interested but didn't have down payment money. As a salesman, you have to get to know a person. I assumed I needed a down payment but wasn't told I did or didn't. I needed another car because of personal issues and they see I already have a car that I'm paying on faithfully. But hopes they get better for the future

Was helpful but the car I wanted to look at failed inspection and they didn't have anything else in my price range. Not a place to go for slightly older used cars.

Liar. They called several times,even before 25 mins of going there then they said the car isn't there..2 ti.es happened th ou s things. They always play a dirty game with customer. The used car department of Hendrick honda is a worse place. I don't trust them.
