Went in there to purchase a vehicle and started well, ended horribly. Car had no a/c and would not tell me what the problem was even after agreed to purchase if I knew exactly what was the problem. PPS

Took long time to make the deal, write it up and finish the sale, 5 hours total! worth it as we bought the car at a great price.

Was pleased with the sales staff. Everything was proceeding well till the "Finance Manager" demanded that I answer very personal and prying questions that were irrelevant to the purchase of a vehicle, which made me decide not to buy from this dealer.

I was working with a salesperson I was inquiring about a truck I live in California the sales person was supposed to ask the manager what we need to do to get this truck to California the next day the salesperson told me the sales manager set the truck was no good did not have the time

Honestly I wasn't happy or satisfied. I got approved for the vehicle and they knew I lived over 2 hrs away. With all this covid19 mess going on they should've worked with me on being able to get over there. I offered to pay 5k for down payment so they would hold to til I got there that evening and they wouldn't so someone else bought it. I wouldn't bring my business there or refer anyone EVER

Everyone was very nice however I received emails from multiple people so I felt like I was torn between different people and having to answer the same questions more than once

If I could give 10 stars I would. My experience with Micah was outstanding, he and the manager went above and beyond to assure I left with the SUV I wanted. The process altogether took less than 2 hours, which to me is unheard of. They were quick and customer service was 10 out of 10. I went there for my jeep and I left with my JEEP!!! I would recommend you go to Community Honda for all of you vehicle needs I know I will!!!

The advertised price was $15900. After we decided that we wanted the car the price went up $1600 for what they called “destination “ fee. It was a used car that was brought to them by an individual. They did not have to go and get the car. Bottom line is they have hidden costs! Beware
