New Ford EcoSport for Sale in Kennewick, WA

No pictures posted. Asked for pics, got a reply, and another in a few days. Never heard back after that. Never received pictures of vehicle. Must have been extremely dirty because they kept saying it was in detail but not back yet. Still for sale a week later, without pictures and o more replies.

The salesman was unable to answer any questions about the vehicle. He was unprepared trying to show me vehicles I had no intrest in. Half of the vehicles he showed me were still dirty inside and out. Very poor presentation.

Salesman responded to my inquiry quickly but could not supply picture or price until Monday when I called on Friday. When I received information just was out of my price range. Nice looking truck though wish it would’ve worked out

Dealer was very helpful. Worked with a couple different people. Did actually purchase this car. Everything is great with Corwin Ford.

Corwin was quick to respond to my online inquiry. I did set up a time to test drive the vehicle. The vehicle was as described. Salesman was polite and courteous. However, although I wasn't planning on trading in my vehicle I did have them give me an estimate of my trade in value. They came back with an offer so low it was insulting. With that offer I stood up, thanked the salesman for his time and left knowing that Corwin wasn't a dealership i would be doing business with.

Took a long time for the dealership to finally answer my questions. Then they were unwilling to negotiate the price.

I received a response to my inquiry, and they were very cordial, but I have yet to receive the pictures I requested. I had also made the same request a few weeks ago and received a response from a different associate who also did not provide pictures.

Great experience. Direct and fair. Best Ford Dealer in WA in my experience. Made the deal on the phone. Traveled to pick up the car. All was as promised. Would service there too if I lived closer, (I'm 200 miles away).

This dealer consistently lists vehicles and then when contacted, they say they are not going to sell it because it has issues, yet they continue to leave the listing active and upload new photos. Sounds like a bait and switch situation.

They’re advertising this 2020 gt350 even right now (about 7 days later), and the car is not available. I emailed them a week ago asking if it was available, and they replied saying it’s not available, and that “apparently someone has put a deposit on it”. I then I asked how come it’s being advertised then, and there was no response. I think they’re just fishing for customers with this car. This is their bait to bring customers in so they can sell them another mustang.

Very high priced vehicles,with vehicles with low equipment ie. no power seat. I shopped online. Not competitive in the market place. I guess Corwin is waiting for the uneducated buyer. I purchased elsewhere. Corwin is rejecting my survey this is the 12th time I did it.Very unprofessional appearance of salesman and store.
