Ford Focus History

The Ford Focus was originally engineered and sold in Europe. It made its U.S. debut in 2000, intended to replace the Escort as Ford's high-volume small car.  It gets excellent mileage, and has many fan sites devoted to it.

The new model Focus leaks water in the boot - mold found on carpet - very bad. Check the sunroof and windscreen shield gap, as well as the gap near joints in the grill and the pollen filter.
