Tbd — It handles great, drives effiicently and looks sharp but I miss turbo torque from Saabs that I have owned. The Focus does have amazing ride and handling with the sport suspension package and 18" wheels with summer tires and I've averaged 31+ mpg in mixed driving. The DSG transmission rev matches seamlessly but 3rd gear is a somewhat sluggish. It's a little tight inside for cargo space but I like it overall. It just feels very solid (yet light) for a compact car.

Fun,fuel Efficient, Affordable Car To Drive. — Ford Made alot of good improvements to the Focus. Most of tham cosmetic and convenience, and a few functional. All in all, very fun car to drive. Its light, peppy, and responds very well. I especially like the new active torque vectoring steering and the active grill shutters.

Ford Focus Titanium — Overall really happy with this car despite the dual clutch being a bit all over the place and some rattles here and there...performance is good for a small car...excellent tech though.. sat nav, cornering lights, adaptive cruise, auto parking etc.

Pros

Style, technology, fuel economy/range, surprising cargo capacity, interior quality, ride.

Cons

MyFordTouch still has a few kinks, doesn't have vehicle information other than fuel economy in the driver information screen.

A Departure. — It's different from what I normally get by about thirty miles, but so far I'm impressed. Ford's interiors have impressed me in the past three years or so and the third-generation Focus is no different. The MyFordTouch system, revised in this model, still has its bugs, but for the most part, and between putting almost five thousand miles on it in a month, I have not experienced any horror stories. The best part is spending but forty dollars to fill it all the way up from empty when gas is $3.89 a gallon.

Great For Flat-towing — Dependable and nimble, good on gas, and with enough power to easily keep up on the highway, this little Ford isn't posh, but it goes where 34' motor homes fear to tread. All the good things you've heard about this little hatchback are true!

Very Jerky Auto Trans

Jerky Trans, Euro Feel — Automatic transmission is very jerky. Power is adequate. Comfort is so so. Very smooth manual transmission option available. Ford Sync and My Ford Touch difficult to use and not intuitive. Car is fairly agile. Check all your options carefully in this extremely competitive market.

Perfect Commuter Car — This car is perfect for my commute between Baltimore and Washington. It gets great gas mileage, its comfy, and is very reliable. The acceleration leaves a lot to be desired but, its fine for my gridlocked commute. Love SYNC and the ability to stream Pandora.

Great Daily Driver — Fuel mileage is the best part, the car looks good and performs well for what it is. has all kinds of options you can get. but the price can get out of hand in a hurry i priced one on ford.com and had it over 29k which is stupid money for a focus. the ride is nice minimal wind noise. the transmission is a manual but its automatic shift so that takes some gettin used to i had issues with mine not shifting right at low speeds up hill but a reprogram took care of that. overall is great

Best Focus I Have Driven So Far — I didn't have much choice in the Focus. I needed something for work and school since I got into a wreck with my other car. It's very basic, but is still a pretty nice little car. I am giving it to my girlfriend though.
