An Enjoyable Car To Drive Overall — Recently bought this car. I was impressed with the features that were standard adn the options that were on this particular car. Handling is good, haven't tried to see the limits yet. Mileage is better than expected, been getting about 36 highway, 24 around town, with the auto no less. I am actually excited to drive this car, which is something I haven't felt since my hot rod went away, lol. A few more ponies would have made it even better. It does have a bit of road noise depending on road surface conditions. Wind noise is minimal. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Excellent Commuter, Or Fun Drive Anywhere Car On A Budget — Love this car. With a mix of street and freeway driving I am averaging over 31 mpg (manual transmission) and that's with a semi-heavy foot. This is an outstanding commuter car. I love the sync. The bluetooth phone feature is very easy to use along with the voice usb feature for my ipod. I really like the appearance of the car. I have the SES model with the 17 inch wheels and spoiler. The handling is phenomenal for a car that gets easily 30+ mpg. The sport suspension on the SES is highly worth the upgrade. The ride is surprisingly smooth considering the 17" wheels with 45 series low profile tires. Performance is very reasonable again considering the mileage it gets. I have no problems accelerating on large hills on the freeway and can easily maintain 80+ mph on those hills. Passing can slightly be a chore but is not a problem with a little room. I purchased this vehicle as a commuter but I truly enjoy driving it. Primary Use: Commuting to work

Great Car To Own — I absolutely love driving this car. Its like driving a go-kart. Gets up and goes and turns really easily. Its really cheap to own, gets about 35 MPG, and I really only need to fill up once a week and I drive 60 miles a day. This car gets about 450 miles on a full tank before it hits E. Prossporty styling, handles like a dream around corners, Great price for the amount of Car! ConsIf you will be using this car as a "people mover", look into a bigger model with more space for backseat passengers. This car wasn't designed with the "adult" backseat passenger in mind. The leg room is next to nothing when the front seats are fully slid back.

So Far, I Am Completely Satisfied With The Purchase I Made. — I've only owned this car for about 6 weeks and so far it's exceeded my expectations on just about every level. I had previously drove a fully loaded '07 Fusion SEL and the end of my lease was approaching so I went to the dealership, test drove a few new Fusions and they really didn't excite me like I thought they would. I looked around the lot and out of a handful of different trim level Focus's they had, THIS one said, "Hey, over here!" I test drove it and immediately was impressed with the "launch" this car had, considering I was used to a 3.0 liter V6, I figured this 2.0 liter "four-banger" would be a dog in comparison. I couldn't have been more wrong! WOW, pedal down and it want's to GO! And the acceleration didn't diminish as I was quickly approaching 50mph. I smashed the gas and it went from 50 to 90, in a snap! There are several key things that I would like to point out, but there is ONE major one that was a big selling point for me and it wasn't the dealership, nor the friendliness of the sales/financing staff. This car actually "sold itself" as soon as I sat behind the wheel. For me, a guy that stands over 6' and weighs in around 220, I feared this car would be small and uncomfortable but it wasn't at all! There's plenty of leg room and head room to go around. I can't say the same for the backseat though. Thanks FMC for yet again going above and beyond to satisfy your loyal customers, year after year. Keep up the good work and I will forever be a "Ford Tough" customer! Primary Use: Family transportation

We Are Really Impressed In Our First 1,000 Miles In-city Driving. — The Focus quality was much higher than other brands we looked at (Kia, Aveo, Pontiac). For the money, the Focus SEL was loaded with everything we wanted including a leather interior and SYNC system for hands-free bluetooth operation of our cellphones. 2010 Ford Focus Rs — Love it. Quick, handsome, well made and hella good fun. There's plenty of room for four adults, tall ones, and a massive boot even driving 1600mile round trips to the Nordshliefe. Just a shame it costs a fortune to tax and fuel. Primary Use: Commuting to work |
