Put an inquiry in. Several days later went to shop there. No one came out. They called while i was there. Wanted me to make an appointment. Went back n forth about an appointment w them. Finally went to a different dealership. There a friendly helpful salesman came out within a few minutes. Bought a beautiful Ram there. Faith's doesnt want your business, don't bother with them.

They have kept me in the loop about other available cars

After advertising a car as 'wholesale to the public' they tried to hit me with a $600 doc fee. So, in other words, no warranty, no check-out, no actual documents (a title can just be signed over), no service of any kind...cost $600. When I wrote to the sales manager, he was like "oh well, we sold it after you left." Avoid this place!

Car was all rotted out and not even close to being worth 3,900 it’s a 1,500 car won’t pass inspection and three different people called me about the same car including the general manager after I already turned it down. No communication there whatsoever. I will never buy from such a mess of a co.

After a couple bad experiences with other dealerships trying to initiate a purchase online and scheduling a visit, Meslissa and the team at DCH Wappingers Falls were so easy to work with. Pricing was straight forward, pre-approval for financing was quick and when we went to pick up the car the whole thing took less than an hour.

Never going back there again.salesman was great loved the truck but the manager...,oh boy-all! I wanted was the front bumper replaced because of a clearly visible dent but he couldn’t see it and wanted me to pay $700 for it wtf -plenty of other dealers out there that want you to be a happy customer

I worked with Tee Hamzy to purchase a vehicle from out of state - fully remote process. Tee was super helpful throughout, keeping me up to date on the status of the vehicle when it was delivered at the dealership and ready to be picked up, and took pictures of it when the shipper picked it up. Got to me in Minnesota two days after it was picked up in Connecticut. Very smooth process overall. Thanks Tee!

The 1st gentleman to help me was great. The second was the worst experience l have ever had with a dealer. Too me the entire attitude was because he was racist toward my friend who is Guadamala. He had me crying for a couple days.

To honest I had a very bad experience. With that dealer the car shown on line was not the one they had on the yard, we saw a car that broken down and look sick like it had covid 19 serious I was very upset leaving Boston and drove there

I researched a vehicle and made an appointment to test drive the car; I drove home in my new car the same day!

They said this veh wasn't available but they had another one. I explained what I had for a down payment & what my credit looked like. They said they could work with me. I got there and they said no bank would loan on an older vehicle and to get my payment where I wanted them i would like 5k down. They had no older veh like they advertised

They were very helpful and friendly. I bought the car the same day I went for a test drive.
