I felt pressured the whole time there was no clear payments our monthly payment I drove two and a half hours and the monthly payment was outrageous at first. The gentleman that helped me I almost felt was trying to pressure me to get extra things without having clear reasoning to why my price that he told me over the phone was going to be more when I got there in person. Indiana got the car that I wanted not at the price for monthly payments that I would have preferred but I don't believe that the staff is clear enough and sets well enough information that is suitable when you're purchasing a almost bottom line $25,000 car with a traded. I'm happy with the car and the manager Jason but my sales person I wouldn't recommend to anybody. I don't feel comfortable putting his name on here but he wasn't up front and I don't appreciate that. And my car was basically on E when I took it which isn't a gratifiying courtesy that you think would come with any car that you purchase. They really need to reevaluate their staff and the way they approach their customer base. It wasn't at all an exciting experience and I left not really excited you think that I be excited after I've got the car that I wanted I felt that I was trying to be yanked around and increase the pay that I initially would thought I would have had.
VERY PUSHY - got me in on false pretenses. I did NOT want black interior
and this car had black. Very pushy and would not take no for an answer.
OH! They can add the leather color any color I want with 20 choices of color.
ONLY $1500 more!! I did not even test drive the car and will NEVER GO

Walked in without an appointment, told them what we wanted for the price we could afford and walked out with a NEW car that night! We thought we could only afford a used car so them working with us was very exciting!! DARRYL BOND was our salesman and if you want a super laid back no pressure process you have to call him! This was our first new vehicle purchase from a dealership and the process was so easy!
Sales people will go out of their way to win you over. They only focused on my monthly payments instead of the total cost to finance. And in order to get to that monthly payment, I had to finance with them at too high of % rate. I will be refinancing shortly. Just not a real transparent process.
