The Maserati Quattroportes between 2009-2013 were absolutely beautiful and a masterpiece. They included the ZF Automatic Transmission, which gave these Quattroportes much more reliability! Also, they were all made by Ferrari. So, essentially, this is Ferrari’s 4-Door Car, but with the Maserati Name. An absolute, underrated legend. Jan 11, 2024

Wonderful executive car, on par with the Mercedes CLA AMG, Porsche Panamera and the Tesla Model S. Outside of the Tesla, it embarrasses anything from the U.S.. Seats fit as if custom made. The original owner took a HIT with the resale, but that made it an OUTSTANDING value for the second owner. The only thing missing is knowledgeable service techs are rare Feb 28, 2023

The Maserati Quattroporte is one of the best luxury sports cars ever made. Now this is merely my opinion, but the M139 (2003–2012) is not only great handling car but it is beautiful as well. When you start buying luxury cars like this you get caught up in so many things that worry or concern you. Things like maintenance, and price of parts and repair cost, and insurance. Honestly I bought my Quattroporte and had those same thoughts but I was very wrong. It is true that some things can be very expensive when owning Maserati but this car can also be very easy to do things yourself and save some money in the process. So lets really get into this review.
Price: The M139 Quattroporte which is made from 2003-2012 and pricing for these cars can range from $5000 to $20,000 and this is a great price for a 4 door Ferrari. Thats right, the Quattroporte has a Ferrari engine in it so to find a used one in good condition is a great deal because I dont care how well you look you will not find a Ferrari for that price. Now if you are going to buy one of these I suggest that you buy 2007 and up because the engines were implemented with the Duo Select engine and the regular shifter.
Colors: It does not matter what color you chose you cannot go wrong as they are all beautiful. I chose the Grigio Silverstone (originally used on the Ferrari F430) and I cannot tell you how many compliments that I get every time I drive it.
Interior: As you would expect the interior is available in a variety of colors and trims and all are stunning. Primarily the trim is done in a dark woodgrain but carbon fiber is also an option. I can tell you from experience that the engine is loud but you cannot tell with how quiet it is in the inside of the car. The size of the cabin will really surprise you as there is plenty of leg room in the front and the back. At 6 feet 1 inches I have enough room to stretch out and get comfortable for a long drive and any one behind me could enjoy a long drive as well. The sound system is by Bose and is a amazing to listen to. The system deliver a nice clear and clean sound that you will truly enjoy. The M139 does come with a 6 disk CD change that you will not use but it is easy to remove.
Maintenance and Repair: If you take the car to the dealer expect get hit in the head when it comes to the bill but you know that the car is done properly. On the other side the Maserati Quattroporte can be taken care of by any certified mechanic for basic things and you can also do tons of stuff yourself. There are tons of videos on Youtube and other platforms that will walk you through everything from changing light bulbs to swapping out brakes and rotors. I have changed window regulators, switches, rotors, front grilles and even the navigation unit, all with information I found online.
Driving and Handling: Look in my opinion there is nothing like driving this car, especially on the highway. I have a friend that owns a Porsche Panamera, another that has Jaguar XF, one with a S550 Mercedes and one with a Dodge Charger RT and none of them drive and handle the road like the Quattroporte. As a matter of fact none of them can even hang with me but I think Im the best driver of the group anyway. Driving this car in Sport mode is a dream the way that the car drops down and hugs that road at high speeds really make it fun to drive as you are weaving in and out going around and past the other cars on the road. If you are going to buy this car you must have paddle shifters. If your car does not come with them they are easy to install and every Quattroporte has the hardware installed and its simply plug and play but driving this car without paddles is doing yourself a disservice. Steering is fast and responsive and braking is virtually instant making it save to drive.
The bottom line; This car is one that people bring out on the weekend and put a few miles on it but make no mistake this car can also be a daily driver. Oil changes are done annually every 12000 to 15000 miles so you can really enjoy this car. Do not baby this car. Honestly you will hurt it more by not enjoying it. Drive it and drive it fast. This is the perfect car that that will make a great impression in business and in your personal life. I can say plenty more about this car but you really need to experience it for yourself.

Good power, great noise, great handling, but lots of ergonomic compromises that ultimately made it hard to love. Nov 27, 2021

I did some research and it did not find good reviews on vehicle in general. Very nice look to it and interior looks very plush but overall longevity and every day use does not seem to match my needs.Feb 15, 2021

Driving thru a mountain pass and navigating the curves without effort this car is really something special. The throttle is crisp and responsive and the suspension connects the driver to the road in a very positive way. Leather seats and a designer interior complement the sleek lines and classic exterior of a Maserati.Apr 17, 2015

A 4 Door Saloon Supercar that gets you to your location feeling almost like a Rockstar. The name is automatically recognizable and people take pictures almost everywhere you go. The inside is as great as the outside, comfortable, with a beautiful complimentary sound system and all 4 bucket seats adjustable to the perfect comfort.Jan 19, 2015

I love the beauty of this car, both inside and outside. Its stunning and its quick. A true design masterpiece to be enjoyed on good roads, both in the city and the country. I do feel bad for the numerous cows that gave up their lives to make the stunning leather interior. Sep 02, 2014

This car is great. it is powerful, the styling is unlike anything on the road and it turns heads when driving down the road. The downside is the reliability and the brakes (which are the main downsides to this car). The brakes always squeak when I press on them, we took the car to the dealer and they tried to fix it but they started squeaking about a few weeks later. The maintenance the car needs is expensive! I know it's a Maserati, but still this car needs a lot of money to keep it lasting. Now lets go back to the positives. This car is a step up from the Audi A8 and BMW 7 series when it comes to the sportiness. This car is also luxurious, but it doesn't come close to the Mercedes Benz S class (yes I know they are both completely different) but the seats are very comfortable like the S class. This car has an incredible sounding engine which turns heads when driving on the road. Maserati needs to improve the reliability of their cars for my to buy one and to recommend to a friend!Aug 21, 2013

beautiful car that wants to go fast, wout auto transmision it is not a good city or traffic car. the car can tend to feel like it is a pack of wild horses that you r fighting or holding back as they want to run fast - a love hate sort of thing. generates lots of stares and vip parking based on the lines, and incredible design.
