Was surprised to find out that Liccardi Ford dealership wanted to charge $995 internet fee on top of Price of the Vehicle . Then they wanted $1500 for NOT using they in house finance. So the price listed on line was then increased by $2495. Why do they have to make buying a used Vehicle so Complicated? The price is NOT the price you see! I was told that all there extra fees are on there web site . Read the fine print.

hidden in the pricing ... not easily found was a $995 internet sales charge ... so add this to whatever price you see Also I bought this car in NJ and had been told it would be PA inspected at the time of purchase, since i live in PA ... this was untrue The 100+ so-called dealer inspection missed that all four tires were at 26-27psi ... so 10-15 minutes after leaving the dealership the low tire pressure alarm came on

Great experience, the whole team was friendly, responsive and transparent and Tyler did an excellent job. The dealership was clean and it looked like everyone was taking good precautions. Smoother than other dealers/ experiences in the past and not that painful as far as car buying goes- would recommend.

Bad ..they claim certified cars inspected 170 points in reality they don't.bought certified car recently brake fluid tank totally empty.dont respond even.irresponsible .....

I went to buy this truck they called me In the morning telling me that the truck was sold !!! Oh well I Got home from work they called me to say it's the guys credit was no good so I drove there to buy the truck !!! Now I showed up and Now they cant FIND THE TRUCK !!! What a scam !!!! Buyer's be ware !!!

Very upsetting. I arrived there for an appointment and the truck was already sold. They didn't honor my appointment.

They responded right away, but they charge a ridiculous $1600 “prep fee” that no other dealership I have called charges. They also charge a $1600 “non-financing fee” if you use your own financing. This dealership is a ripoff.

No response, contacted directly and ask for info to sent to me. I still have not received anything.

I wanted the vehicle I was told had to make a appointment. When I got there at said time in date the vehicle was sold. They didn't even give me a courtesy call. I went there for nothing. Then they tried selling me vehicles I wasn't interested in.

Bought this Bad Boy and LOVE IT!!!!! EVERYONE involved was OUTSTANDING in every aspect of the deal. Right down to getting financing lowered AFTER driving it away!!!! Highly recommend the dealership even though I wasn't looking for a Ford... LOL
