Why it stands out
The 2019 Toyota Tundra distinguishes itself in the full-size truck market with its rugged dependability and straightforward design. This model continues to appeal to buyers looking for a reliable and powerful truck, equipped with two strong V8 engine options that deliver impressive towing and payload capacities. The recent return of the TRD Pro trim adds off-road enhancements such as a revised suspension and performance tires, making it one of the more off-road capable full-size trucks available. However, the Tundra does come with some drawbacks, particularly regarding its outdated tech features, including the absence of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, which may deter tech-focused shoppers. The Tundra’s large size can also impede maneuverability in urban settings, yet this brawniness remains attractive to many who prioritize toughness and towing prowess over luxury or fuel efficiency.

i have had a 2012 Tundra and 2017. They are a beast of a truck with soo much room. Two things i would change and thats probably it. They NAVIGATION system is the weakest on the market. The screen and apps are actually really bad. Reason why i didnt purchase another one in December. The second would be the gas mileage. I guess that comes with the beefiness of the truck. If the Nav was better, i would trade my truck in tomorrow to get another one.

If the technology inside was updated, I’d give it 5 stars. A little bulky but definitely a work mule of a truck.
