Perhaps I'm used to my small town dealerships. I had a very hard time communicating with the sales person who initially responded to my inquiry. I felt as if they didn't care weather or not they sold this car and they deffinatly didnt care that I had come so far. It was like pulling teeth to get answers and I now know that was because they are so busy. There was one function we couldn't get to work on the car, I was told I could take it to my dealership at home and have it fixed under warranty and when I told them that wouldn't be happening I was given attitude because it was a "used car". I should have walked out and took my cash sale somewhere else. After they had worked on it for 45 min or so the function started working (remote start wont work if the hood isn't latched properly) this sale could have went better. I Rate them a 3.5"
