Ford dealerships near me (Sterling, VA)

Car was advertised on Cargurus, but it was not on the Koons lot. Not sure how that happens. A week later, and it’s still not on the lot. I call shenanigans.

Everything was great.

Dealer was great and quick to respond, do work ups and give me feedback and answers to questions. They did a great job except for the fact they would not hold the car for me which I understand is against their policy. Their sales team was solid and extremely helpful and kept me up to date for the whole process even when someone else was looking at it and ended up buying it. It allowed me to keep my weekend schedule and they were respectful of that and my time. I will say the only area they need to work on is their fees. Their processing fees were much higher than normal which is the reason for the 4 stars. Other than that though a good experience.

Contacted the dealer about this vehicle. Received a response within 24 hours. Car was as described on CarGurus and subsequently I purchased the vehicle.

Very condescending. Didn’t enjoy the experience. Junior was nice but the manager was demeaning and shady. A bunch of extra fees that didn’t make sense. Unwilling to negotiate.
