Ron fielded them all, sent a bunch of videos over the entire process and provided communication throughout. If you see a car on the Ferrari/Maserati of Washington website or if there is a car you are looking for, call Ron. He is a true professional that can get you into your dream car.

The problem was with CarMax in general. They listed a car at a local dealership when it was actually over 300 miles away.
