It was a bait and switch situation. They offered me one price for my car which I was trading in, then came down substantially without the expertise to evaluate my car. Don’t trust them!

Mert at Safford Brown Nissan was super helpful and pleasant to work with. Had a few minor issues after purchase and he made sure to get them remedied, free of charge. The process of purchasing was easy and fair. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I was informed that the vehicle is available for export after one hour I was told that Lamborghini does not permit to export the vehicle. After another hour again they said the vehicle is available for export. I requested the window sticker along with a workaround video and no reply. I was surprised by this inconsistency and poor customer support.

Mr. Ben Rice contacted me immediately, and I made an appointment to test drive the RAV4. My daughter was the one who test drove the car, and he explained everything about the car in great details. Thank you for all your help. The RAV4 did not have the Blind Spot Monitoring system as mentioned on the website. This is not the dealer or Mr. Ben Rice's fault.
