No fuse ... it's an integral part of the ECU circuitry .. you can disconnect the horn if you reconnect it before you drive the car

Maybe do the same as I did: 2006 Ford Escape XLT. YES you can turn the alarm off ! The fix cost me $60 because I bought the more expensive OBD2 adapter. The cheaper one for $35 might also work but I bought the OBDLINK EX for $60. Plug in the adapter with Forscan. Go into the gem module, there are two options for alarm. Enable / Disable. I selected disabled. Now I have no alarm going off in the middle of the night. https://forscan.org/download.html Prior to my fix I check all my doors, rear window and hatch for door ajar light. My method, start car / roll down drivers window / get out of car and close door. Now open each door one at a time checking for door ajar light by looking at the instrument panel through driver’s door window. I then use a small piece of wire to jump the hood switch. Despite all door switches working the alarm would still go off in the middle of the night. Very frustrating. Oh yes i did install a new battery in my fob.
